Absolute ZERO hospitality. The staff didn't co-operate and the owner was greedy. We were denied of our room upon earlier agreement and later were charged with extra money. Bathroom was unhygienic and room was not taken care of. DO NOT go for this hotel, instead go for better and affordable alternatives near-by.

They have been nothing but disrespectful the whole time. Asked them for a glass of hot water. They said it would be charged and spoke to me in the worst tone. Giving a glass of hot water is normal courtesy to be honest. Zero management skills or guest relationship management skills. I was sleeping when they called someone from outside to get the ac switch fixed. They kept on disturbing me. Not a peaceful place stay at honestly. Worst experience. The bell boy had zero knowledge about how to speak asking personal questions repeatedely.

I had a terrible experience with Hotel O Sabtera Homes and would never recommend it to anyone. I had a confirmed booking from OYO, but when I arrived at the property around 10 PM, I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. They were not only unfriendly but also demanded extra money, claiming some baseless reasons which were never mentioned during the booking process. Despite showing them the confirmed booking details, they refused to let me check in without paying additional charges. The tone and attitude of the staff were completely unacceptable, and they clearly had no sense of customer service or hospitality. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the late hour and force guests to pay more. Out of frustration and concern for safety, I had no choice but to cancel my booking on the spot and find a nearby hotel at that hour. Thankfully, I found a much better place with polite staff and transparent pricing. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value basic respect and honesty. Extremely disappointing experience that ruined my night and caused unnecessary stress.

booked ac room but were given non ac rooms and had to pay extra for ac rooms even though we booked ac room in advance. service was questionable as he kept saying no ac rooms available but as soon as we paid 4 rooms were available. Changed rooms three times because ac wasn’t working properly. The lights in the bathroom were not working. Cockroaches and lizards were found roaming around the rooms.

They are fraudster first they told yes we book the room but when we reach there we have to verify our family relations how disgusting at midnight how we search for other hotels.

There was a good room and bed. Bedsheet and pillow and bathroom are also clean

Worst hotel I have ever seen, very bad staff and too rude behavior of the people, as they are giving rooms for free also the rooms was shown on pictures was not same when we visit to Hotel.
