Hotel G-5 Villa

Disappointing Experience Due to Unprofessional Management. I recently visited G-5 Villa's not to stay but to meet a friend of mine and was thoroughly disappointed, primarily due to the unprofessional and insincere behavior of the hotel receptionist who doesn't know how to talk to customers and was watching movies while sitting at the reception. It was clear that customer service was not a priority at all. A good hotel is built on great service, and unfortunately, the management here falls far short of that standard. I won't comment on hotel room service and all as I didn't stay. But I highly recommend the owners to hire decent staff who should atleast have positive attitude and knows the art of communication.

It has a v good building, good rooms. Nice people, staff, sufficient parking space etc.

Rooms are elementary and services are time pass. People stay here to attend marriages in nearby marriage palaces. You have to wait for everything because only one guy is there for services 😞

Very poor service by the hotel staff They don't have basic medical kit. Rooms were filled with cockroach and bad smell..we had our worst experience with this hotel...moreover there was current in bathroom taps.... nobody should ever go to this hotel...

Worst hotel ever!! Ignorant staff and manager who has no sense of talking to the guests. Had to face issues like no electricity and no water for more than an hour atleast. Useless housekeeping! PLEASE REFRAIN FROM VISITING!! DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!! Had to give one star otherwise would have given minus one if it would've been possible.

They are only money making guys, Owner and staff both are very rude. When they get to know that booking made on lower price by online, They argue with you for more money, And they dont worry about anything, They will charge you extra money and will not allow you to checkout without that. Those guys also do False commitments for free early checkin and charge higher when you checkout. Please choose this property at your own risk. Not safe for Families and corporate clients. Specially Owner's behave like a Don, even He drunk and come to reception to qurrel with guest. Not even a single proffessional person in the hotel.

Budget is good. Rooms are good. Hinges and balcony doors locks are not working. Service is slow. Staff is helping. Tea is tasty. Bathrooms are good but tap was weaking.
