Hotel Royal Maple - 6283939200

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we were due to attend a family wedding downstairs in their banquet hall.||I am having to give this hotel 1 star however ideally i would give it 0 stars.|We booked the hotel via Bookings.com and it was classed as a 3/4 star hotel. ||It was anything but.||Issues encountered:|1. Asked us to pay the account on arrival as opposed to on departure.|2. Asked us to pay in cash as they do not accept card|3. We booked a deluxe room for the 3 of us. The room we were given was at best a double room. The third bed given to us was a 1 inch mattress on the floor.|On complaining we were told we were free to leave even though we had paid for 3 nights stay up front|4. There was no cupboard in the room to store anything|5. very poor design of room and layout||I would totally advise people to avoid this hotel its a 2 star hotel at best

Booked for 2 person . Lizard potty in the room with lizard . Sasta fragrance , no dental kit, only 1 pair of sleepers. 1 towel,

The experience was amazing, the ambience was astheticaly pleasing and the food was great. The rooms were neat and tidy and staff was also very very helpful and caring. The hotel had a great hospitality. And there were all the necessary services were available.

The place is not that great . The worst part is they do not know how to give rates to the guest. Their manager is overconfident with his knowledge of the market whereas he gives half hearted detail . He did not seem interested to take bookings. The place can do wonders picking up business but either need to train their manager who takes up booking or else replace him . I chose another place to book my family function just because of the sheer attitude he is carrying

We booked the banquet and 10 rooms here for a wedding ceremony in last week. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience here. You don’t expect such an experience when you spend hundred of thousand of rupees on such an important day of life like marriage. - The rooms were stinky and an expensive bluetooth speaker was stolen from one of the rooms. When the management was informed about the stolen speaker they failed to take any responsibility and were very rude about the whole incident. - This is not how a business in service industry should work. Even the utensils used in the wedding ceremony went missing. - The whole staff was rude and unprofessional in general. They were more concerned about the “sagan” that they were getting then actually providing the service that was worth the money.

Cattrering services r not good, lower food quality. insects killers, air conditioning not so good, fans service also not available.

The stay was great, had a great experience. Price was reasonable but a little higher than goibibo. Room was clean, so the washroom. Overall a great experience. Also the receptionist is kinda hot, i say!😝 Anyways jokes aside, it's a great hotel. Do check it out.
