Park Plaza Ludhiana

Very comfortable stay and good food. Team F&B and Housekeeping was very supportive. Location of hotel is perfect and Very well maintained hotel. Mouth watering breakfast and verities took the attraction. Rakhi and Dinesh were very much appreciated during breakfast.

The whole staff in the hotel are all very friendly and most helpful. They all always ask if anything is needed. They take the extra effort to ensure your stay is comfortable. The lobby of the hotel is very stylish and luxurious. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying at this hotel

My experience at hotel was wonderfull and mets my all expectations. All the staff of hotel from front office, Restaurant and HK were too good in their areas. Special thanks to the team who served breakfast. Definitely will come back in Park Plaza hotel on future.

It was a decent stay at Park Plaza. Very good lactation , neat and clean rooms. I want to mention Ms. Pinku and Ajaz for their nice prompt service during my stay. The Room size is good with all the amenities. Although the washroom size is little small.

Good ambience,polite staff,Nice and Clean room ...I really like the view from club Regency room...food was luscious ...The kitchen staff was very polite and humble...I stayed in several five stars in Punjab including Ludhiana....but no one have the best आलू परांठा....but in park plaza I really ate the best aalu prantha I've ever had in any five stars .....After eating plenty of Parantha..... I ordered another small one....thanku chef.... Specially thanks to Miss Suman the kitchen staff for your unforgettable BON VOYAGE...... Definitely want to come soon with family in same room 1527.....thanku Park Plaza.....see u soon

The Atmosphere of the park plaza is too good. The interior is very impressive to book the resort for seminars, auction and Parties. The rooms are very cozy and the room service is also very Humble. But yes the outer area is quite noisy and full of rush . But once you enter in the park plaza, never get annoyed by outer site

The room is clean, the food at the restaurant is good, but there's no nearby grocery store to buy what you want. The staff is approachable, though.

Took 30min for checkin and staff not very cooperative if compared with other same level hotels . Room : size good, mosquito but no liquid provided as limited stock : no water bottle and only glass bottles with dirty caps .. I changed my water as taste too bad .. if you need plastic bottle need to pay . Food: BF day 1 not happy as too salty but after feedback slight improvement.. very less variety in buffet .. I preferred to go nearby Maharaja regency and had my dinner Location : good at prime location with all factory nearby
