Great hotel and good location. The room service could be a little better. The price per room per night could be better too. They don't offer cutlery. The high speed internet is not that fast and despite using lan cable i couldn't work efficiently. Think before you book. Theri USP is their location only. And yes they are sceptical in providing extra tea kits

If u want stay this hotel Please confirm 1st room AC is working or not. Water problem in bathroom in all room. Very expansive but test service staff is also rud.. totally disappointed

So much Cockroaches in rooms and washrooms even they are travelling in your bed as well . They don't have parking when you parked in hotel front you will see your car full of bird shit on next day even after discussing with hotel staff they will not clean your car so basically they are not taking your car responsibility. Poor service

It was horrific and the food was worthless. The staff also knew that they cannot do anything in case of any issue they were just passing on from one another. At least it is not worth 4000 a night.

They don't even deserve a single star. Upon asking for a replacement of complementary hot water bottles available in the room with chilled ones, they will ask to order on chargeable basis. The AC doest have any remote to control the temperature. Rooms and washrooms were stinking. Towels and bedsheets were dirty. Very unprofessional staff especially the one sitting at the reception.

Poor service. They won't offer you cutlery if you have not ordered from their restaurant and on top of that price of their food is sky rocketing with low quantity. Staff takes an hour of time to deliver a small slippers. Breakfast had no big options and on top of that hair was floating in the food. Rooms are not properly cleaned, even cups and glasses inside the room were full of dust. No hot water available and no menu cards available in the rooms.

The room is good, and the service is satisfactory. However, the food is extremely overpriced. For instance, a single cup of tea cost me ₹163, which is unreasonable. The real issue, however, lies with the behavior of the staff at the reception during the evening shift. The person at the reception desk, a man with glasses, was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. On the day I arrived, he handed me the room key and simply told me to go to the 4th floor. He didn’t call anyone to assist with my luggage or guide me properly. The next day, I wasn’t feeling well, and the phone in my room wasn’t working. I went to him for help to get some medicine. Instead of being helpful, he was busy on the phone and showed no willingness to assist. When I finally asked for help, he simply said to go outside and get the medicine myself. Later, I requested tea and biscuits. While he arranged for the tea, he told me to go out and buy the biscuits myself. Such behavior is unacceptable, and the company should seriously reconsider employing someone who lacks basic professionalism and customer service skills.
