Hotel Maharaja Regency

Excellent stay at this hotel. Excellent and helpful staff that made our experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing is to much trouble and staff are always available and willing to help. Food was lovely including the breakfast and the pizza at the rooftop restaurant. The hotel is clean, room service available 24/7 and convenient for local shops. Special thanks to the staff on reception, house keeping and restaurant staff including Anita, Sandeep, Sunil, Amit, Ranjit and Vivek.

Overall , it’s a great place to stay with the family , and the location is convenient. The service was good , especially, Anita was wonderful ensuring that the rooms were cleaned regularly and she was polite , respectful and took care of things daily for my family.

The hotel is well-located near amenities and is generally well decorated. The food is pretty good in both restaurants and the breakfast has a good choice of options. Service is also generally very good - no complaints there. The rooms are clean and generally well maintained but look slightly dated. The main gripe I have is that the doors and walls are not well-soundproofed. The hotel is a popular party-venue and so every night we would get noise from the road and from loud music in the parties going on in the hotel, as well as sounds from night-time revellers. Whilst this noise was not so much as to completely stop me sleeping, it was enough to disturb a light sleeper.

Great stay. Special thanks to harpreet mam(floor incharge) for always there to take feedback. She was always there to help us and under her cleaning of rooms was perfectly. Surely will come back. Recommend to all freinds and relatives

It was a good stay, the staff especially the housekeeping staff was really nice and helpful. Food is good thought the price is a little higher. Just one feedback that the receptionists who are at the forefront should be having a welcoming body language, especially those 2 female receptionists. Not even a thank you not even a reply to the thank you and no smile on faces at all.

Last 10 days I stayed in this Hotel. Rooms are clean, Hygiene & very good interior. Buffet Breakfast recipes & taste is Top notch and un comparable Room Service is very Good, incharge Miss.Anitha is very kind, polite & helpful in nature. Feel excellent stay & surely next time also I stay in this hotel and recommend to my friends.
