Hyatt Regency Ludhiana

Love the hotel’s energy & services. They did not know us, but gave us excellent service. A well run hotel indeed! The room was nice & clean, good to sleep in. The All Day Diner was excellent with associates trying to out do themselves by being concerned & helpful. We enjoyed the food. Came across a couple of managers who were very helpful and courteous. For a one night stay what more could we ask for. Even the Bellmen worked like clockwork. Something special is happening in the way this hotel is run, so we think.

From check-in to check-out, everything was incredibly smooth. The hotel staff are clearly well-trained, courteous, and attentive to detail. A special mention to Rishi Ranjan Rout, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay — from personalized assistance to prompt service, he made us feel truly valued. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the ambiance was relaxing, and every request was handled with a smile. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

I had dinner at Kitchen at 95 in the Hotel. The entire team of the restaurant especially Ms. Nyalla, the restaurant incharge, was excellent. She is very energetic and always smiling and attending all guests with lots of enthusiasm. She made us feel at home. She is a real asset to Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. I wish her success.

Absolutely liked everything about Hyatt. From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. I stayed here recently and was genuinely impressed. The hospitality was excellent staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. Room service was quick and efficient, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely choose it again.

I had gone for a birthday party to the restaurant Kitchen at 95. The staff was really nice. We were served by Saphi, she was really sweet and quite hospitable. I really liked the atmosphere. 👍❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼😃😄😃😄😄😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
