OYO Hotel Golden Brooks

It was very bad the experience staying here. They throwed us out of room at 12: 30 am. The hotel staff is ridiculous. Out of their senses. All because of an extra pillow. They are mentally sick.

It's a nice Hotel. Rooms are big and clean, bathroom is very neat and clean. Furniture is also good. Bed sheets, towels Pillows etc are neat and clean. Service is also good. Staff is nice and humble. The loaction of this Hotel is not very good because it's located in a narrow village road which is very crowded but the Hotel provides separate Personal and secured parking for visitors. Overall it's a good experience.

I have visited this place when I went chandigarh for my exam. Room are good, spacious, neat & clean. We had issue with staff. Unprofessional staff. Room service was pathetic. Breakfast was okay. I think they should focus on staff's behavior otherwise no issue with rooms.

Horrible maintenance of rooms. No breakfast till 8.45 am. Poor hygiene. Out of City. Hell rooms. Exploit customer saying a large double bed is three persons accommodation For three persons, only one soap kit for two days. Purchased own soap from outside. No drinking water. No lift. Narrow steep stairs to carry your luggage up. Have to be strong and cardiac, if dare to stay. Broken and blocked taps. Broken door latches. Broken bathroom shelves. Surprised oyo have listed such a hotel. Better to stay in hell or prison than this hotel. I have been staying in oyo hotels all over the India, but it is really horrible. I would like to give minus stars. Hated .👎👎👎👎👎

Very unprofessional people, booked through MMT with online payment.but at the time of check-in they just refused to accept me as a guest. I am here today for my exam tomorrow. .. now here I am making calls to customer service of make my trip for sorting out the matter. Don't go for such low standard hotel in the house type hotel , go for standard ones

Worst service, poor hygiene, they did not provide any water bottle,towels, hand wash soups , they just make excuses that we will provide when you reach at room but all making fool of you don’t visit this hotel

The hotel rooms are neat and clean..plus they have bio products..the place us goo though the low price they show for the hotel room..the room provided in that is extremely small
