Hotel O Royal Shades

The place is very good the management, behaviour of workers if you have a low budget for hotel you can go and stay in this hotel I prefer this hotel is best 😀 Everything infact rooms are clean everything working properly I don't think this hotel deserves low rating If you want you can visit there the rooms are too good it gives feel like 4 star hotel rooms clean and properly managed The price of food and beverages are decent the location and locality is also good 👍 Thank you 😊

The hotel is not good at all. The staff are misbehaving, and rooms are very dirty.. There is fungus in cupboards, walls, etc. and the wallpapers are falling, In the toilet there is trash on the floor here and there.. The blankets given give off a very bad smell and when we request for it they are misbehaving and giving another dirty blanket.. The menu prices are saying chai is ₹25 but they are charging ₹30.

Very bad experience please don't book this hotel. Please don't waste your valuable money. No parking space. Room was not cleaned wet floor and ac not working properly giser not working and Asking to hotel staff they denied everything. None breakfast none wifi overall very bad experience with this

I reached to this hotel around 12.30 mid night alongwith my sister. At reception staff informed us that room is not available here. You have to manage in near by hotel. He provides the room in another hotel. Room was not hygienic. I asked them that what is showed on Oyo app is entirely different in reality, he replied that it is just for showing. Behaviour of staff was rude. They were demanding more money. Even, they denied to accept the payment through Oyo app. He said if you will not make the payment directly to hotel they will not give the room. Being a female at midnight I accept his all conditions and stayed there for a night. He just provide the one soap in place of kit. OYO have to do something for this.

Its cheap hotel while comparing to other hotels in the area and it also includes breakfast (Tea, Aloo paranthas). For me it was good experience,however there are few area which should be taken care of. 1. They give me oyo bathroom kit and towel when i asked them which should be provided at the time of entrance. 2. There was no curtain in the door side. 3. Wifi was off 4. Telephone was not working

I booked OYO 19778 Hotel Royal Shades Deluxe room (for 2 days) from Goibibo but when I reached, man at the reception told us that he can't provide room in this price. He told us to contact at OYO but we continuously denied that this is not our issue and he should have to talk with the administration. At last, we contacted OYO customer care 3 times and we received the same response that they are working on it and will revert us within an hour and at each time, call got disconnected. After an hour of argument, he provided us a room which was not the same which I booked online. I am attaching the room photos, which is provided to us by the hotel, instead of the Deluxe one. The receptionist told us that he has this room only and he cannot do anything for this. At last, we left the hotel and booked the different one with the help of Goibibo customer care executive. We suggest never book hotel from OYO as its customer care number neither responds nor it sorts out the matter on time.

Not good for family stay as some unusual couple stay there. Bed linen and Toilets are not clean and they don't have permanent sweeper so that they refused to Clean the bathroom. TV connection are loose.

Royalshades isn't so Royal. It's price may suit for students and 1 day travelers. But room is far into Nayagaon . It's little difficult to locate the spot. (It takes more than usual time to book cabs and there is rejection by drivers to pick-up and drop-off sometimes) Room is okay but there are mosquitoes and other small insects. Bedsheet is not changed for us unless asked. Eventhough we pre-booked the room a month before we were given a room which has no key as it's the only one available. Pros : Hospitality and Safety.
