OYO Preet Lodge Mohali

Worst experience in my over all experience. Booked a suite through OYO at this lodge. Made booking prior to 6days, get a confirmation email regarding booking. Further more I called and confirmed the booking & check-in time with hotel through the contact number provided by OYO. At the time of check-in the hotel staff denied the booking confirmation email and told that there is no suite are available at that time (The funny thing is they had only one suit at the entire hotel. But at the booking site they shows as only one suite is left for booking🤣🤣). After a long conversation (more than 2hours) through various guest experience mangaers in the OYO (not so helpful), they told me that hotel will provide you there deluxe room (photos attached) instead of suite which didn't even had a door key. Next day after complaining about the door key, they managed to provided a better room than the previous one (Photos attached). If you have other options, please go with that. Never choose this lodge because it's not worth it. And don't think that OYO is 100% fool proof. Thank god, I done reservation through GOIBIBO. Once I contacted the customer care executive, It seemed that they were very determined to provide comfort and guarantee satisfaction to customers and they proved it with in an hour. Amazing response by GOIBIBO. 5satr rating can give the GOIBIBO For regular hotel booking I recommend GOIBIBO. At least they will be your side incase companies like OYO or hotel will fail to provide what they promised.

It's not a very good hotel but I can give it a average above marks. It is good for who just want to spend a night.. Rooms cost was not reasonable.. And rooms were not good... very less space and they have no facilities like table chairs etc. washroom is so dirty and look so old washroom and they didn't provide me a OYO Bathing Kit.

Every thing was good and staff was awsome... Best place to stay.. one thing should be done .. pls let us know which room no we booked .. tell us on our booking.. everything else was good..

Great place for stay. Very cooperative staff and 24 hour excellent service. 5 star to this property.
