Hotel O Raj Residency Mohali Phase 2

The room was nice and clean. Washroom was also neat and clean and was quite big. Only problem was lift was not working so i have to take stairs to third floor. And also water bottle was not provided in room, niether room was having room service phone.

I booked a room through Agoda and the hotel receptionist refused to honour the booking. They don’t accept any online booking and will ask you to pay offline.
