Best Hotel Experience at Hotel Devine I recently stayed at Hotel Devine and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and elegance of the room. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities one could ask for – comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, clean bathroom, and a stunning view. The housekeeping was prompt and maintained the room immaculately every day. One of the highlights was the food – delicious, fresh, and served with great hospitality. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the variety and taste were impressive. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Overall Wonderful stay, Ambience, interior, staff, services, etc. All over of a top notch quality. Everything was perfect. In room dining service very good. Housekeeping staff also very cooperative and helpful. Value of money. Best Hotel in Zirakpur-chandigarh, if you look near by airport so we will highly recommend hotel devine.

AVOID IF POSSIBLE Booked this hotel based on the rating and reviews however it has been an utter disappointment. Pros: 1. The service staff arrived as soon as we parked our cab in front of the hotel to help us carry our luggage. 2. A responsible receptionist helped arrange an alternate cab to the airport in the nick of time since the previous guy who had arranged a cab was no longer responding. Cons: 1. Absolutely no parking space for your vehicles 2. The room was unhygienic. It had stained walls, stained bed sheet, dusty chairs, dusty fans and dusty corners. Not to forget the broken phone shelf. 3. DO NOT even think of going to their restaurant because that is where the word DISAPPOINTMENT was defined. There is literally just one person arranging the tables and taking order. We had to literally ask the waiter to get plates , glasses and water. They take order of food which is not even available at that given point in time. We have waited literally for an hour hoping to get some food while our soup and Amritsari fish starter took nearly 30 min in between. We had to finally give up and cancel the order we placed. 4. Guests on the 2nd floor will hear lots of heavy noises coming from the restaurant kitchen on 3rd floor where they constantly keep dropping some utensil or the other. 5. The nightmare didn’t stop there, we had pre-booked an Innova crysta for our airport drop which never arrived, shows the carelessness they carry. You just can’t trust them.

This was a really good experience, for the price charged the rooms are extraordinary, after looking at the comments I was skeptical but I am completely satisfied, the rooms were clean, spacious, food was good too. Will definitely recommend it.
