I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The washroom had a foul odor, and the bedsheets were not clean. There were also bed bugs, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall service and hospitality were poor, and the staff displayed unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and considering alternative accommodations.

It is a very bad property, no water in washrooms, the fixtures are coming out. there are cobwebs hanging, the toilet is dirty and has faeces. Even after waiting for 3.5 hours they cannot arrange water. There is no hospitality and the staff is not helpful. I booked this from booking.com. I was furious the other day I noticed it was showing 10 points and good review from my booking id. They are posting fake reviews. When I reported they deleted it. Please don’t waste your time money and experience in such a hotel. He charged me at check in only. Pls be cautious

Had the worst experience staying at this hotel. Bathrooms were not clean, jacuzi and flush were not working. Staff was roud and mannerless. No toiletries and complementry water was provided. They were not responding phones. Lock of the room was broken and they didnt got it repaired . We had to leave our room open while going out. A big no for this hotel .

Absolutely pathetic hotel. No service and standard. Far from hospitality . Two guys in lobby are rowdy. No manners at all on how to speak or deal with customer. Ready to loot you and to make extra money from you. If you deny they are ready to go to any extend. A big no to stay in this hotel.

Wish I can give zero star to it. Shuru hote hi khatam hojata hai ye and upar se pathetic people in reception.. poor service and no hygiene. Please do not waste your money..there are some other good options near by. Hope they will realise atleast.

Wrost Hotel ......if you booked directly than ok if you book via online they denied to give room or give excuse like water motor not working, light not working

It was a good experience even we had fun in jacuzzi services were also good I would recommend this hotel for a good stay😊
