OYO Flagship Hotel New Diamond

Worst stay i ever had*** dont ever visit this stupid place with no class staff rude arrogant illiterate; wants payment not on bar code but on different personal number and wants to fight over this and increase payment as well. They are also running a massage parlor above so surely not for families. Highlighting this on all platforms that the staff is arrogant, no water in rooms and ac also not working. The night shift reception person was the one and instead of no water; tv ac etc he is fighting and showing attitude . Worst place.

Worst hotel ever. I'm genuinely telling you.. It's the first time I came across such hotel which denies online bookings and asks for extra money. Hotel rooms were dirty, stinky linens and even bathroom tap had current. Moreover AC only works at 28°c they lock that remote so that customer can't minimise the temperature. Don't ever go to this hotel. I'm attaching pictures for your reference.

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff members are humble and respectful.my friend suggested this hotel new diamond , i didn’t expected this hotel too good , food quality and quantity are enough to have . Room fare are reasonable rate and good to stay in this hotel ,if I come to Panchkula next time I would stay in this hotel

Worst services provide. Dnt make people fool. If you book room from oyo They will show you the worst room after that they asked extra money to chnge the room.

The worst hotel you can book. I booked this hotel from oyo the images on the website and the rooms are completely different for oyo customers they show you rooms in the basement which are smelly and don't even have a ceiling fan and are super small and for they asked us 1600 per room for rooms with a fan moreover oyo customer support was not of any help as well. Don't even book this hotel if this is the last hotel near Chandigarh.

BEWARE..... "Oyo hotels does not have any tie up with this hotel." Completely fraud people. Can't decide whom to blaim. Oyo did fraud booking on agoda website ..hotel owners refuses to let you check in on oyo or agoda booking and owner askes 3 times more money on arrival at hotel... Both owner and oyo are responsible for it

It's a Nice place . Decent rooms . Most hotels give you room and ACs do not work , well it was not the case here.
