Booked the hotel on the spot due to some emergency condition and requested late check out. Reception manger was too helpful and fulfill my request politely. Room was neat and clean & services were also good. Location of this hotel is great. Very pleasant and comfortable stay. I wd definitely recommend this hotel if u want comfortable stay. THANKS 😊

The so called "Deluxe" room (room 307) didn't have windows at all. It is so cramped that you cannot open your luggage properly. See photos. We also had a premium room(room 201, which was a complimentary upgradation) even though it is big, it had it's own issues. Towels were not there, when I asked they gave worn out towels and said this is all they have. The sofa leg was broken. We couldn't use it anyways. It rained that night and water seeped in through roof near window and our luggage got wet. In the morning, there was no hot water. I called reception and they said they will turn on the heater. I tried after 30 mins, the same issue. Then I reached reception personally and enquired. Then one guy went to check and reported that the switch was not turned on! Also the breakfast service was slow. 6 parata and 1 poha took 45 minutes. Since we wanted to roam around before we flew, we had to take cold bath in our "premium" room and wasted time waiting for breakfast. The 201 room is facing highway. Got woken up many times by trucks' blaring horn.
