It was my first time in this hotel and it's worst experience . first I booked a deluxe room which was a mess ,you could tell that it was not cleaned after use, room condition was really pathetic smelly and dirty bedsheets, upon asking the staff he started to clean in front of me (so unprofessional) then I had to ask the main guy at desk who also refused to change the room , then I had to switch to Premium room by paying them extra amount. But, same, the premium room was also a dirty shag, dirty bedsheet/pillows, TV,AC not working. Moreover, HK staff while cleaning up the room was really mannerless as he asked me " ma'am apne ye kapde pehne hai na sab dikhra hai andar". I was in shock as hotel ratings were really high but services and professionalism were "zero". Pathetic experience.

Hotel experience had been pretty average, had to ask for basic amenities, AC remote wasn't available in hotel so had to live in a suffocated room. Margarine was given when asked for butter. Shower was broken. Sheets were bad. Paranthe's were no doubt quite good and affordable.

Good hotel with zero facility, No restaurants either. It’s more described as a good “PIT STOP” for night stay. I have rated as 4 star due to my requirement of a night stop in clean room was fulfilled. Don’t look further if you just need a night break from drive! Remark: Preferably carry own 2 bed sheets while travelling to avoid direct contact with hotel’s linen! Order through Zomato / Swiggy - Excellent services.

Hospitality is good and also behaviour of owner. Only improvement required is proper maintenance of property will make it best one.

The time we got were without windows so we had no idea of what time it was. Toilet & bath was very small. AC is ok but the rooms smell very much of damp socks😱. Absolutely no ventilation. The fellows charge ₹30 for a bottle of water and there's no complimentary water even. Only 1 towel for double occupancy... Wonder what they're thinking

It's good place for people who want to stay over night and go to simla. In a way best hotel in the entire line. Staff present are worst. If you ask something you will not get it on first ask. For my situation when I enter the room their was no set top box, after asking they bought and fixed it but they have not bought the remote. I have called them and asked for remote, I have to go to reception to get the remote. No lift at this place and also windows. You will not get the hot water, only light warn water. Breakfast is straight forward average.
