Capital O Hotel Crystal Empire

The place was considerably far from the Railway station, but the rooms and services were worth it. It was one of the most hygienic places I've stayed in, the size of the rooms was okayish but the interior was eye catching and classy. Good for family stays, the electricity was a bit of a problem, but it was quite natural considering the location. Everything else was perfect. Clean sheets, bathrooms.

OYO is exploiting the hotel owners or the other way around. This has become a common practice with Indian companies where they feel no one is gonna ask questions. NO HOT WATER. Why? Just because it's summer you turn it off? Rooms & washrooms have mold. Not maintained. Matchbox rooms, no connection to the outside world. The exhaust from the washrooms open in the lobby. Why permit hotels like this without proper ventilation system? What are the authorities doing?

I recently had a knee surgery and therefore was a difficult guest, not able to climb the front desk stairs etc., but the owners and caretakers were all so niice and helped me throughout the one night stay. The location is near Panchkula and was perfect for me and my family. The rooms were awesome in this price range, quite well maintained. I would definitely suggest people who are on a budget to stay here. Wouldn't even feel you're staying on a budget.

Real customer,real review First of all Oyo have to look into this matter,we were asking for room and they refuse by saying there is no rooms because we want to book via Oyo,due to exam day they are asking for very high money for smelly rooms,and the main issue was with management team,they were irresponsible,I think owner have to look into his team because without IQ illiterate person never handle buisness very well

Beautiful rooms with great interior. Property located on Shimla Highway. Washrooms were clean. Parking was open in front of hotel. Staff was good in support . Recommended.

Worst hotel,smelly room,and we booked via oyo and they refuse ,by saying that there is no room ,due to exam day they want to sell room at very high cost,insecure feeling, managing team was irresponsible,greedy,
