This hotel is showing that this property belong to 4 star property but this hotel facilities are this much low just like a home stay of second class and i recommend to everyone not to stay in this hotel and their staff is oh my god doing mistakes and making excuse even their laundry also dirty and teared and so messy when we call on reception for hot water they come in 2 hours and no improvement in that and no clean glass for water in rooms and even not providing tea set and. Staff behaviour is rude and charing extra fees for staff which come in room for correction of hot water and and food quality is okk okk not that much good totally bad experience with them

I was disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, and the overall hygiene standards were lacking. Additionally, I found the lack of basic amenities concerning. The hotel provided only local brand bottled water, which did not taste good. When I requested RO water, the staff informed me that it was not available for guests. This experience gave me the impression that the staff felt above the law and court regulations, which is unacceptable for a hospitality establishment. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Very good service by the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The bed mattress can be better. The TV doesn't work. The walls are flimsy and sound from outside disturbs a lot. The door lock was faulty but it was attended and set right.

I had a wonderful experience at Royal Park Resort, and I couldn't be more impressed with both the food and the staff, especially Manpreet Kaur. From the moment we arrived, Manpreet greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. Her attentive and friendly service truly made the experience special. The food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was a delightful mix of flavors, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The variety of options on the menu catered to all tastes, and it was clear that quality ingredients were used in each dish. Overall, the combination of service from Manpreet and the outstanding food made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Royal Park Resort for anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

Very Good Staff who catered to all our requests. Rooms were decent. Location is good as well with National Highway connectivity specially towards Shimla Smooth Check In and Check Out Process A very special thanks to Jyoti from the staff with polite communication and professional integrity at all times

Manager Thakur of the hotel is very rude and not at all co-operative we stayed in a hotel and he said will give you best hospitality and discount. And when we booked he refused and said I have not said this. Very rude and owners please look into it and if the behavior of Manager will be like this than he will spoil your hotel business.
