Capital O 17084 Hotel Grand Orchid

Very bad experience in this hotel, staff is pathetic. I reached this hotel at 8:30 pm after a long driving journey from Jaipur to chd, I was with my wife and a two year old baby. First of all they didn't show the room which was booked, they showed us a room in third floor( there is no lift) it was a very small room in which there is very foul smell with live wires are opened near the bed the door of the room was jammed you have kicked it hard to open it. i request the person at reception that this is not the room ive booked plus we have a 2 years old baby with us so it is dangerous to take the room with live wires, he refused to give us another room very rudely and said only this room is available then a aged man who was drunk and look like goon( their staff member) came to us and start argue with us that what is the problem in that room etc. I asked the person at reception that is he drunk? Then reception guy said that may be. First of all this hotel is not at all for families so if you are going with your family then avoid this hotel. This is third class property with third class staff. Not recommended at all. Book at your own risk.

Smelly rooms with water seepage issue. Dirty pillows and washroom floor. Hotels like these will damage oyo's brand value. But staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was just a formality and delayed.

We were entitled for complimentary breakfast from OYO and when we called up to order , coffe was not available in complementary meal. So we ordered tea. When the breakfast arrived , tea was less than 2 full cups as we were 2 people and it was tasteless so , we complained. They got us new tea kettle but our breakfast was cold untill then., the tea has the same test as the previous one. We ordered paranthas but they were stale as if kept for 2 days ! Breakfast was horrible. Classic room was okay but pther rooms are small and with much smaller bathroom as well.

Unwashed Linen, Suffocating Room , Hairs lying on the floor, No exhaust in washroom, not even a hint of natural light in room.. welcome to Golden Orchid.. They simply deny the meals booked through Oyo.and best part is Receptionist asked for your phone and rate their hotel 5 Star before checkout..had there been any ZERO star available this hotel deserves that.

My stay was not satisfying because there were no bathroom amenities. Moreover we ordered coffee in the breakfast which was having no sugar and we asked them to provide the sugar. we had been waiting for more than 20 mins but no one came. Not happy ☹️

Pooor Premium oyo hahaha ! dharamshala hai Bad smelling rooms unwashed linen no toiletries unusable bathroom fitting Breakfast just swallowed 2nd visit to this hotel nd the last 1st visit it was somewhat managable This time not able to sleep through night

Very bad experience i booked a premimum room from oyo they provide me a third class suffocated room.Martress was not comfortable with loose spring , washroom was blocked and exhaust fan not working . I suggest to you please don't waste money on this hotel
