Worst ever stay, came here to stay to attend my friend's marriage (from 30th Nov till 4th Dec) however the experience which I was expecting was totally polar apart. Horrible food where 6 of our guests got sick including my wife after having the breakfast sandwiches. And also whatever you order for room service was worst (ordered peanut masala was full of lemon couldn't had, tea was like water in shorts don't rely on them for any kinda food).

It seems these people dont know the value of auspicious celebrations. They charge you extra for what you have not even used. They would be sugar coated to take a booking and then would not be able to finalise the menu in 5 times. They dont even remember that they have a booking unless you visit them at the last moment. My wedding function was spoiled by them and they behaved as if hum pe ehsaan kar re ho. They are senseless, lost and dont know customer service at all. Pathetic service.😡

The hotel is on the outskirts of the city on kalka highway. It's good for 30-50 rooms . Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is also good . They also a terrace where small functions can be arranged . Parking space is also there
