OYO Flagship The Platinum

A depressing hotel. Three fourth rooms without even a window. No natural ventilation or light. Stained and grimey bathroom. Seemingly unwashed bed linen. No drinking water or tumblers. No tissue paper in toilet. Single towel for double or even family occupancy. ||No bed tea before 8. "Included" spartan breakfast only at 8.30, hence has to be skipped for early check out.||Unpleasant, unhygienic location.||Hotel runs on the strength of its three hard working and well meaning Garhwali staff (esp. Deepak at the Reception) but all obviously overworked and unwashed.||The high rating on Oyo site is obviously manipulated.||AC and flush were not working in one of the rooms we got.||Not worth more than half the rate charged.

Located just beyond a set of banquet lawns. So on a busy wedding dates, you are sure to be stuck in jams for ages. It took multiple detours and going in the wrong direction for a bit to get there.||||Rooms have zero ventilation. ACs do not work -- at least the temperature stays constant -- even if the machine does make some noise. We were given a room which did not have even the flush working -- when pointed out we were promptly told to use the bucket to flush (as if that needed to be told). Toilet papers exhausted! Will provide only one towel for a family of four. Had to argue for a while to get a few more towels.||||They offer complimentary breakfast like most other OYO rooms. We needed to leave early around 7:30a -- however since the cook was sleeping -- the caretaker did some jugaad and arranged for at least some toasts. ||||Overall, the feeling was that the owner is disinterested in running the place -- got it setup, enlisted with OYO and has left it to some folks to run it without any oversight.

I like the hotel, it is very clean and most of all comfortable. The room size is impressive and there are so many facilities available and all amenities were working fine.the hotel check -in process was smooth and quick,and the price was good.

Rooms Charges : A/C Room - 1000/- Non A/C- 800/- These are negotiable depends on you. CASH/ UPI payments are Accepted ONLY. DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. The room service is good. I feel very good experience from there... I realy love it.. Very good working.. Everything good. Nothing a single dought about this hotel platinum.... Great working.. My pleaser to stay there...

Nice place to stay, calm, neat n clean rooms with A/C, nice behaviour from staffs, only con is that there is no good restaurants nearby and food is little costlier in this hotel, but food is superb.

Not accepting Oyo customers even after booking in advance, due to low price booking by Oyo.
