Hotel shardul palace

Rooms are too small not have space to stand in room for grooming. Toilet is unhygienic water is falling from greazer . We was stay stay there for 1weak only 1day room service is done in my room & there is no TV connection in room. While check-in the hotel they have said we have all service available etc. but I would like to give them big 0 for this pathetic hospitality and this Worst. I’ll never ever stay in this hotel .

We stayed at this hotel in Ajmer Sharif for three days with a group of 13 adults and 5 children, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Arrival and Check-In The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The manager was friendly, and the staff showed us the rooms before we checked in, ensuring we were comfortable with the arrangements. This helped us feel at ease from the beginning. Room Quality and Amenities The rooms were very clean, with a refreshing rose-scented aroma that greeted us upon entry. The interior design of both the lobby and rooms was beautiful, with multiple lights, an LCD TV, and a telephone for room service. The toilets were clean and equipped with a shower and a geyser for hot and cold water. Although there was sometimes a minor water supply issue, the water was always clean. One drawback was the absence of an Indian-style toilet, as all rooms had only Western toilets. Service and Facilities The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. They even provided a free guide to take us to the Dargah, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Dargah, making it ideal for visitors. Additionally, the hotel offers several amenities, including free Wi-Fi, an elevator, and the option for extra bedding, which was helpful for our large group. Food and Dining The food quality was average, though the tea stood out for its excellent taste. The overall dining experience was decent, and the family-friendly environment made it comfortable for both adults and children. Overall This hotel offers good value for money and is a suitable option for families and groups with children. The clean rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location near the Dargah make it a solid choice. I would recommend this hotel to families visiting Ajmer Sharif.

Extremely poor rooms, water problem every morning and bathrooms are filled with water leakage every time. Staff is very rude to talk to especially when you tell them to sort out the water problems. Too much disturbing location and this hotel is priced high as compared to other hotels in the same location. I do not recommend this hotel even for one hour stay.

Staff is very polite, new building with well furnished rooms but hotel is full of cocroges, they replace our room three time, very consusted nearby streets.

This hotel is really "KALANK" for ajmer.and NOT SAFE FOR LADIES.this hotel is not fit in any class.They have 0%knowledge and 0% management. The staf is smoked in front of guest. My personal experience was meri dirty and bad. The staff is very bad and worst. They just want money.and applying self rules without telling guest. And guest when check out time they applying extra charge illegal way. And They have 0% manners. They dont know how to talk with guest. Management was very disgusting. They using abuse language and not respect for guest. They are not educated. Hotel management knowledge they don't know. This hotel is very useless. And the staf was very dirty. Service boy have not manners how to talk with guest. This hotel is very cheap. West of time and money.
