Very bad stay and very rude staff, SPECIALLY BAD RUDE MAN DEVENDRA RATHORE on reception. No manners to talk and always fighting for each and everything. They are just demanding money for each and every thing. Very bad owner. Very bad staff. They just charge extra for everything. ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL AND VERY DIRTY, COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE DIRTY SMELLY BAD HOTEL BAD SERVICE Dirty toilets and no cleanliness anywhere DO NOT TAKE THIS STAY. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. Zero stars DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL

Our stay at this hotel was miserable. The room was so much dirty i couldn't imagine staying there again or recommending anyone. The food tasted bad for the price they are charging. The uncleeniness was beyond the levels there was many small insect and cockroach 🪳 all over the place in bed floor and yes the rooms toilet lock was not useable in both of the room 105 and 103 my stay with family in this hotel was miserable evenn for one day i suggest hotel SHAHANSHA room 601.

Very RUDE staff, very bad behavior of all staff members. I checked in at 2200hrs and checked out next day 1200hrs. At the time of check in they told 2000Rs for the total and at checked out time they charged 3000Rs. So please first confirm and take a signature from the staff who was in reception Worst Hotel in Ajmer, don't stay in this hotel Moon star staff shows you actual moons 🌙 and 🌟 stars in the day light also Very much attitude in staff. Worst stay experience.

Not agood hotel I had bad experience there. Rooms have 🪳 cockroach. Very dirty tea kettle and all.

Waste of money,Very bad staff,Rooms were too small had cockroaches in the rooms had leakage in washroom . No manner how to talk with the customers. Poor service Recommend not too waste ur time n money by investing here for vacation
