worst experience dont try they took 10 percent service charger and 10 percent extra charge on food before they didnt inform about extra charge and the reception guy is not good he behave very badly rudly and the food of the restaurant is worst and very expensive i complain about food they took charge and didnt change the food and in bill they put extra amount and after everything i asked them to reduce the bill they didnt reduce i order mutton gravy its very bad the mutton also not fresh after that i complaint they said i cannot do anything and after that i order chicken fry they took 550 of chicken fry and chicken also not fresh worst dont goo their

Worst experience had in this hotel till date. We booked this hotel in advance stayed there 2 days the receptionist was okay with everything during checkout he started arguing to pay extra amount because we transferred amount to one of their manager. He said we're not in contact with that manager why did you pay him you should give me extra amount and started shouting at everyone. We were running late as our train was in 45 mins but he was not bothered about it. Daily he used to argue and fight with 2 3 customers for some reason. I would never recommend this hotel. Please be aware of these scamsters.

This hotel is clean. Food taste is awesome. They deliver food on time. Staff members are so humble and provide good services. Receptionist is also very humble they understands everyone's problem. Maintain hygiene in the room. This hotel is 750 metres far from Dargah. So highly recommended.

Hotel was very clean staff was very humble also good quality of food that on time is provided. Before check inn pls check for charges. As there are many hidden charges which are not informed earlier it is directly added to invoice. The rates in menu does not match the check out bill be aware.
