Services are pathetic.Management specially morning staff doesnt have any manners to talk with customers. I stayed there in the month of dec, for 4-5 days. Initially the manager of morning staff name Arif khan talks very sweet sweet and after registeration he will be too rude n disrespectful. He doesnt co operate with evening staff. Also so much hygiene issues. After calling them several times they will clean the room otherwise he will do timepass with the staff and make wait for long time he will send some one to clean the room. Bedsheet they change was torn Also they didnt clean washrooms even once in 4-5 days I didnt want to give even 1 star

Worst service bcoz both morning and evening staff does not coordinate with each other, morning staff mr.arif khan is a very egoistic person once u book the room and after receiving the money,u will see changes in his attitude and language.very unhygienic toilet during our 4 day stay they never clean the toilet after complaining 4 to 5 time they put only once some liquid in the toilet, geaser is always off from the main line so you have to go down and tell them to on the geaser whenever you have to go to the washroom, they don't have even a proper bedsheet you will always get torn bedsheet whenever they change the bedsheet ,very unhygienic guest house never ever visit this pathetic place.

I am stay here 3 day but Very bad experience for me staff behaviour is very root and disrespect every guest service also very bad I request you all Spend a little more money but stay in a 5 star hotel and tek good service benefit

Ata e Moin Varry Bad Hotel in Ajmer Last 15 years i visit to Ajmer but not see like this one Toilet fulse not working No invetore / No Generator in Hotel and All Hotels Staff is Very Bed Response from costomer please do not stay in this Hotel

Mashallah.....Amazing rooms nice service and exact near to buland darwaza.....near dargah Sharif and reasonable rates....Very Nice persons too

The best thing about the hotel is the location. It is very near to the Dargah just a minute walking from buland darwaja. The rooms are small but were neat and clean. It has a centralised AC so whenever you need to off the AC you need to contact the reception.
