Hotel Staff behavior was agressive and qoarrelsome.... After check-in and take money, asked extra rupees ...... If not giving extra money the hotel staffs given thretning to assault. They form groups and try to extort money from the customers by threatening them.

Merits.-Good rooms,nice location,good staff. Demarits- they don't allow outside food. And there restaurant charges are higher. In breakfast they will give only one paratha for one person there staff told me one paratha for one person and tea or coffee. There is no market nearby where you can buy daily use items. There hot water in bathroom is not as hot as it should be.

Poor service and totally waste hotel. Third class dinner over price. And very small rooms price too much. And no water supply in rooms no tap working. Bed sheets and pillow cover not washed nd fool smell coming. They don't have any staff only two person in while hotel. Never ever visit it's my genuine review.

I had the worst experience in this hotel. Staff is not friendly at all. They will charge you even for water. And the food provided by them is really costly. The service is never on time. And the room are not properly cleaned and are very small , bathroom have really bad smell. If anyone is reading this it's my request not to go to this hotel. There are many good hotels in Ajmer.

Hotel is decent, onthe side of the road, room are little small but enough for single person, view from the window is nice especially in the morning and evening also there is a lake in front of hotel,, i didnt get the lake facing room but still view from my is good. Rooms are clean, bathrooms too They also have resutrant inside the hotel, overall good palce to stay

Hotel is good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean good. Best hotel in a budget. For a just overnight stay this hotel is best for 2 persons. Staffs were also good and polite. Only thing is blankets were not that much neat and clean. Otherwise everything was good.

When I woke up the next day, the AC was turned off from somewhere downstairs, you need to call and get it up and running. Rooms are small but nice and clean, don't forget to request for a lake view on a high floor. PS: they didn't accept my payment via card, they needed cash.

Dirty bathrooms...so unhygiene for kids n females.. No food in resturants.. No cleanliness..no hygiene taken care Small n dirty bad smell rooms.. No proper staff to help.. Dirty bed sheets,blanket covers.pillpw cover. No hotwater No wifi In todays time.. a small(average) hotel also gives free wifi.. In total In total it was a bad stay... So dnt waste money in this hotel.... find someplace inside the city..
