Hotel O Ganpati Plaza Ajmer

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Good for stay nice staff But don't get food from the hotel collobration because the food is not good and also it seems it is cook many hours before serving you. Try to get food on your own or visit some where else...for food

I stayed in this property on 3rd March I was solo the property manager did not bother to entertain me. The room was okay okay there was a power voltage issue in my room and in the middle of night the power went off and in the middle of the night I had to change the room. when I raised this issue then in the morning they just ignored the issue. That's how it works

Worst hotel in Ajmer.A hotel is for guests. Rajasthan is famous for its hospitality. But places like this hotel shatters down the beauty of Rajasthan culture. I went to this hotel to stay for two days after getthing refrence from Oyo. The behaviour was extremely arrogant. It's was late in midnight being a woman staying single in the room.i enquired for security status. To this their answer for highly rude. They said they don't take any responsibility of guests better look for other options. Over that they pointed out to a particular religion stating guests of religion stay over here ,so you will not be safe or not . It's not our responsibility. So as we have the right to state our reviews ,I just say please don't think about staying in this rude hotel. If you stay stay at your own risk of life. #humanity should always come first.

Pleasant Staying Experience, Nice Cooperative Staff. Highly Recommended. Parking arranged. Location avoids heavy rush of pilgrims yet, close enough to our comfort level.

Very worst behaviour by Staff name Kailash(house keeping) and other two staff(Reception-Pankaj and Vikram). These three staffs doesn't have manner to talk with Females. Kindly remove these kind of staff for your hotel growth additionally my sister for whom I booked the room she got worst room some room gates where not closing some has totally compact and compact room she requested for room change the staff failed to behave (no manners to respect and talk-Mr pankaj was telling my sister mam if u have issue with room kindly go to some other hotel and pankaj and Vikram also behaved rudely and unable to provide the room which we booked) and reply properly finally on day 2nd of booking at night after argument with staff she got ok ok room to sleep for night and next day was checkout Note- We had booked Deluxe Ac room.
