Hotel Kanak Sagar

Had a one day stay here in this hotel Except for one good thing that is location & Parking facility, cudnt find any other reason to write a good review. 1. The receptionist lady's attitude was not at all good, she was arrogant and rude. They are the first impression of providing a good hospitality. She saw our Id Cards & that's where her issues started. Hotel had its own rule of not providing the rooms to unmarried couple, fair enough, accepted. Inspite of showing official marriage certificate, this lady asked me why dint I changed my surname as it's in Indian law that after marriage a girl should change the surname and that has to be updated in ID Card. Whats dat?? 2. The AC & Water Heater's main switch was off from their main office.. We have to again and again complain so we can use the services which we already paid for. 3. Water Heater doesn't work. 4. Provided Drinking water in a Container but no glass provided.. how are we supposed to drink water with hand or directly with the tap?? One advice to the hotel- Greet your customers with good welcoming and be polite with them. They paid for the services and came to you. All the rules and regulations are been understood very well but there is a particular way to exhibit it. One star or maybe a negative for the pathetic service. Five star for location. Greetings.

The rooms are of decent size with a balcony with garden view which is great. We found the service of this place quite good and the food quality was awesome too. If you want to stay at a place which is close to the Ajmer Junction railway station, I will highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for your amazing service.

Please upgrade your rooms, its shabby. Your property is so nice and so beautiful from the outside but it's totally different for staying. Wedding or any occasion venue is too 👍 and ample parking.

The hotel is nice, the service is also great, and the people are friendly. It is a vegetarian hotel, they normally host wedding events and other events. Rooms have a balcony and a parking system. The location is beside the flyover for which it becomes a bit difficult to find it. Other than that it is in a good location. The hotel has a good vibe.

It is a good place to stay in Ajmer near the junction, provided with a small balcony where you can enjoy it. Rooms are clean and the owner's behaviour is polite. Room service is excellent. Food quality is very good and you must eat it if you stay there.

I have been staying at Hotel Kanak Sagar from the last ten years whenever I visit Ajmer for my Dargah visit. I prefer this place because of its location which is not very far from the shrine yet suitably distanced from the chaos leading upto the entrance of the Dargah. Moreover, the place has ample and secure parking place for your vehicles. Rooms are ok for the price but food in on the pricier side. The hotel is a very popular venue in Ajmer for weddings, birthdays, etc. If any such event is scheduled at the time of your visit, be assured that your sleep will be compromised due to the loud music, drum beats, etc playing well beyond midnight.
