Hotel Kohinoor Inn

This is the worst place to stay. Don't ever think about going there. Very unsafe for women. No cleanliness, no security, high price, greedy receptionist. All the rooms are full of flaws. Be it with tap issues, poor fan, non working ac and in each washroom bittle leaf spitting so dirty as hell. Also police raided at this place. So definitely in all sense my zero star to this place of stay. Never been through such a horrible place and horrible experience.The only perk is , it's nearby to Ajmer junction which you can otherwise compensate with rapido, ola, uber instead of staying at that insecure place. Zero star.

The size of the room is good but the bedsheet is too dirty. Also the pillow cover is too dirty. And when I requested them to change them, they answered that today the laundry man did not come so I can't change it. Along with this there is no light in bathroom.

Absolutely pathetic people. Shamolic infrastructure .No hygiene and no facilities. People on counter were drunk on counter. Cheap attitude. Pathetic food.look like a godown.. actually I don't want to give even single star but that option is not available.Even they adding unnecessary things and bills of other customers and they don't even believe you and don't keep record.Also they will ask more money at check-in and simply ignore you at the time of check-out.Visit this place if you want to have THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE. No lighting and very unsafe for women and children, even for men also. You don't realize it is a hotel ; or godown. More importantly the person who gave 5 stars rating are in the staff, very hilarious and malicious business prectice. Very rude and arrogant employees. Please don't visit ....Hotel HELL...

Do not give room service. Very bad at cleaning. The bedsheets and pillow covers weren't changed when we avail the room. They don't even provide us water bottles. We got down to complain about everything at the counter still they didn't take care of room service. The fooding service was also bad.

During the trip around India and other places I was focused on a budget accommodation - usually staying at hostels, sharing cheap rooms with a friend, sleeping in cottages. When you choose this type of accommodation, you don't have a great expectations, the only thing which you need is simply a bed in basic and modest room, and shower/water facility with the toilet. Most of the time I got what I paid for - simple and clean beds and a roof over my head, although the Kohinoor Inn was the bad exception from that. We booked a three nights there online, but we stayed there only for two and the management didn't let us cancel the last night so we had to pay for it, but fair enough. The room which we got was horribly dirty - a piece of cardboard covering the window hole instead of glass, leftovers and ash from cigarettes inside the cupboards and behind, and the toilet which looked worse than public ones on the busy railway stations plus shower pipe with great possibility as it has never been used before so that was rusty and seemed to be blocked - too scary to try it. And a huge amount of cockroaches marching all over the room and the ''bathroom''. No internet connection working. The only beauty in the hotel was a quite good location and a walking distance to the train station, so you could easily run away from there.

Hotel offers basic services to guests such as front desk, parking, housekeeping, internet access.Rooms of the hotel are aesthetically designed and equipped with basic and necessary amenities like bedding,clean linen, bathroom toiletries,room heater.You can also enjoy the delicious food from the near by restaurants.

It's not at all a Hotel class.it's a just a bad lodge. Totally irritating experience. People who Do not expect any facilities can go. I won't suggest even for my enemy.Kohinoor is a world famous Diamond but I wonder people are using that name to forge for their business marketing.

That was the worst hotel I have been in hole India (or maybe in the hole world). I traveled 6 weeks through India and this bed was the worst! I don't have big demands, I'm backpacker and used to cheap, little dirty places, but this was horrible. The bed was covered with a dark blanked so I couldn't see, how dirty the "white" blanket under it was. That also would have been ok for me, I have always a sleeping bag with me. But the bed was not only dirty, when I lied down, I smelled it, this bed smelled like hell! Anybody pissed in it!!! Really, that's the truth! It was a nightmare! The worst night in my hole life! And for that I paid more than 1000 rupies! Don't go there!!! I would prefere to sleep at the railway station than to sleep once more there!!!
