OYO Flagship Hotel Galaxy Palace

Worst hotel in India. I booked an AC room and still the manager asked for extra Rs.500 to run that AC. Room was very untidy gates were damaged. There's a Net window in bathroom through which anyone can see inside from the lobby. No privacy! Worst worst worst! I'm from Jaipur and i must say that we have far better dharamshala's here.

Terrific Hotel, with poor rooms quality and service. Asked the Service person to provide oyo Toiletries kit, waited for 1 hour but didn't get the product. Asked for towel same response from the service team. 2500 bucks room quality is horrifying. Checked in at 2/03/19

Its an average hotel. Budget hotel. When we stay there ac was not working. Gheser didn't switch on in time. They provide waste quality less extra bed even I paid for third person. Closet sitting was not properly fitted. Toilet fittings are just average.

It was one of the wrost and toutured experience in this hotel. +they cancelled my booking from their side when i came at location they said why u people booked by goibebo..u saw cheaper and booked so we cancelled..so that i need call to goibibo to make a request for refund. And i had to pay cash as i was not such condition to go outside and search another hotel. I told if these app r not good for u then remove ur listing from these sites. He replied okay now we ll remove. +no towel provided no water facility..i asked reason they said after covied we have removed such facility, then i said room bedsheet blenket or booking in hotel are more dangerious for covid and this n covid guide lines following, i know they r making exuse... +do not get confused with rooms picture they are totally fake and posted by these thired party apps +blenket were dirty i thought they never washed for last year +in mrng time washroom water supply off i called to 9 no but no reply...terrible +rudely behaviour of thet guy sitting on reception +never preferred to any one

WORST OYO EXPERIENCE EVER! Dirty and small room. Dirty bed sheets pillows. Horrible toilets. No hot water. No AC, No TV remote. And rude hotel staff. Please try to avoid this horrible place guys!

Oyo rooms cheated me. I booked AC room. But while check in property management asked me for extra pay for AC room. I paid extra cash money for AC . Because oyo customer care person said me . That they can not provide AC in this property. and emailed me about 50% refund of booking amount. And now oyo rooms dont giving my refund

If you go through OYO for booking ,the property owner does not accept.kindly don't book through OYO it is completely fraudulent activity.. customer care executive does not support instead they put you such a situation that will result in a chaos...oyo please dnt put your name has branding, infront of hotels which are of no use.

Hotel overcharge you extra from the oyo booking amount.. So confirm before check in. I may be double the amount of pre-booking. I booked for two days at 2340 Rs. But 2000 Rs extra were charged before check in. Other wise it's good.
