New Tourist Hotel

The hotel is in a decent location. However it was under renovation so some remains wanting in some areas. The food and the service were good. They should add Wi-Fi service. ||The basic Infrastructure is good with the open space in the front. The owner is wanting to upgrade so we should see improvements in the times to come. A tad expensive for the level of comfort provided

Very Poor Hotel. Not at all worth the money, and very rude staff. The room pictures are very much fake, actual rooms are different and poor. The bathroom has an opening from where large number of mosquitoes come, there were mosquito eggs in the bathroom. We stayed here for 3 nights and they charged us for 4 nights for just checking out 1 hour late. The staff doesn't co-operate at all. There was a lizard in the room which was not taken care of as there was no person to look after it. At 2 pm in the afternoon their water tank was empty and we had to order a bucket of water. The television was not working. We complained but it was not solved for our 3 day stay. The night accountant who is an old man stays drunk in the night. He was very aggressive and could have attacked us while arguing for the payment. It felt really dangerous. This hotel deserves -5 stars. This was a really bad experience please do not ruin your trip by staying here. Its a humble request. The security guard was better than the hotel staff Bhenchod.

Hello Everyone,||||Positive:-||Hotel is good, clean, nice with small lawn which is good for winter. Staffs behavior are nice but bit slow.||||Negative point for me is they should mange small refrigerator in room and they must allowed girls in BAR. They have separate bar but if you are with your family you cant enjoy the moment.||Washrooms are clean but in three rooms, two have jet issue with water supply as well.||Wifi is there but the signal is so weak, we didn't use that.

we had booked a short trip to Sariska National Park with GARHWAL HIMALAYAN EXPEDITIONs and were very surprised to be sent to this hotel as it was a very long way from the Park. It was extremely disappointing the hotel was dirty and extrmely noisey - it seemed ot have a popular bar on the same florr as the bedrooms that carried on late into the night with shouting and slamming of doors. We compalined about the blocked toilet in one of the rooms and nothing was doen - the staff were really not very helpful and it was certainly not service with a smile - you have been warned!

I had a pathetic experience in Hotel New Tourist. The hotel staff and management is not at all helpful. Rather I should say that there way of talking is not very pleasant. My stay at the hotel was for 2 days and after my repeated reminders the bedding was not changed and toilet was not cleaned. But the food was no doubt very good.||But I would personally think that the hotel is a bit over rated.

Room is fine but hotel staff has no manner. They will disturb you in every 30 minutes. No coffee and breakfast before 9 AM.

The hotel has a decent location. The room was nice and clean though a little small.||The staff was very welcoming and courteous.||We did not have food in the hotel so cannot comment on it.||Overall good value for the money charged.

Hotel is average and service is alright. Somehow i think a bit over priced but you can always ask for discount, I was happy with services as its a 2 star hotel but the food was bad, suggest you to eat outside as its bad plus over priced. Hotel has bar also so you can drink in your room also
