Hi Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for, and I feel compelled to share the many issues that made it a truly awful stay. Room Condition - The room was not as advertised. The photos online showed a modern, well-maintained space, but what I walked into was far from that. The carpet was stained, the walls were scuffed and peeling, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Cleanliness- The bathroom was disgusting. The shower had visible mold, and there was hair in the sink and on the floor. I had to ask for cleaning supplies just to wipe down the surfaces before I could use them. Breakfast- The "complimentary breakfast" was a joke - hotel doesn’t have even Kitchen.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel. I was appalled to discover that the hotel provided used toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is not only unhygienic but also a health hazard. Additionally, the hotel charged extra for chilled water bottles, which is an unreasonable practice. Furthermore, the staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which added to my negative experience.

Neat and clean rooms, proper parking facilities, comfortable for families and staff behaviour is very good. Property manager Mr. Lalit is very helpful in every aspects of our stay. Overall experience is wonderful and would love to visit again.

Review: Terrible experience! I booked this hotel in Jaipur for 3 nights and arrived after a 5-hour train journey, only to be told they don't accept international tourists – something not mentioned in the booking details. The staff was rude and unhelpful, leaving me stranded at 1 AM with no accommodation. I had to find another hotel at a much higher cost. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you're an international traveller! I'm following with my complain with booking.com!!

It was horrible.I had prebooked the hotel with full amount.After reaching ,they asked for 1000 extra money and didn't let us check in .They told to talk to make my trip help centre as they had not updated the amount and all that rubbish things in very rude manner.poorest service.very disappointed.

Hotels are OK. However their Early Check-in policy is the worst. They charged 30% extra for Check-in at 09:00 AM. We still had to wait for almost 1 hour for check-in. However, on the check-out date they were not ready to add the extra charges on the original bill. They provided a separate bill of the previous day when we did not even check-in. They will make false commitments in the beginning but refuse them at the end. Very Very bad experience. Not recommended at all.

Room was Good but Fabhotels and pravasam don't have any communication regarding charges of the room Hotel staff ask for extra money..... I have to wait for an hour to check in Fabhotel need to confirm the amount that have to actually paid on premises
