Lords Inn Jaipur

A very good property. They have all the amenities available. The rooms are pretty well maintained and spacious. The service is up to the mark. The rooms were a bit on the expensive end compared to other hotels in the same category. But I still would recommend this hotel. The hotel staff is pretty well behaved. I'm looking forward to staying again.

I visited Jaipur this August, and stayed in Lords Inn. I really recommend this hotel. They helped me in an early check-in. Due to rains, I had spend my day at hotel and I would like to tell that it was all so pleasant. Comfortable room with privacy, and food was awesome. Being a pure vegetarian I was so happy knowing that their kitchen is pure veg. Only thing I didn't like was high service charges on the food items in minibar. 50 Rs packet costed me 110Rs. But that happens everywhere I guess.

A nice hotel with superb location just 15 mins from Airport as well as Gandhinagar railway stations and just next to World Trade Park Mall. The rooms are good sized and comfortable with all amenities. The property is well maintained. Food quality is good and the staff quite responsive. They have a very good banquet hall which can be used for mid sized gatherings. Enjoyed a 2 night stay there for a wedding. Thanks, Pramod ji for facilitating.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms and washroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast and dinner provided here was also delicious.

Parking is hopeless.. the security don't even know how to handle the parking area. They provided us 4th floor room and organize OWNER'S birthday party and Mr Pramod (manager) told us they will not organize any DJ party, ended up it was really noisy and made us shift the room. The manager (Mr Pramod) he claims didn't even know they will organized it with a DJ, seriously? Worst reason given. End up we get to know our room was given to owner's guest as it's the same level for their party. The new room that they shifted us the room was dirty, bed sheets was stained, no wifi connection til we have to go down to receptionist as they was not taking any actions. AC (there was mouse in it). The receptionist was rude and will not follow up with anything. If you have issue with security, main receptionist will say they are not responsible for it, they don't even work as a team.. waste to guest time to shift the room for a party event. They wants to earn more money without thinking other guest comfort.. pathetic Bathroom is really slippery, bring kids and elderly at your own risk. You will not get hot water at night There is flies even at main counter Broken cupboard

I stayed on 6th Nov and checked out on 7th, since i had to leave early morning. At 1 AM in night, one person comes and knock on my door, stating that you have to come down stairs, duty manager is calling you. I called the operator, they said it is by mistake as the person had mistakenly knocked your door. Then, at 3. 30 am i got a call on my extension stating that zomato person came for your order, i said, it is not my order and disconnected the call. I couldnt sleep the whole night, as i had a train to catch at 7 30 in morning. Their staff were very comfortable in disturbing their client sleep. Also, i asked them if they can pack few sandwiches for my journey, which they denied as well. I had paid for breakfast inclusive room. They seriously need to have few SOP's, on what grounds guest will be disturbed in night.

Location is easily accessible and very convenient. Just behind the World Trade Park. Rooms were good and cosy. Food was a bit spicy and more items could be included in the breakfast spread.
