Rooms are not clean .. bedsheets are not changed. Used beds are given.. Very bad hotel .

Worst application, they just want to book a hotel and pay them convenience fees. After that, the hotel owners charge double the amount. And then asked them to pay it.. It's not a reliable option for staying. Don't trust this application. For the long travel rather than ask directly to the hotel owner because you have to pay according their price. Don't think about contacting customers' services they are the worst. They just want to hang up your call, nothing more. Pls delete your application.

Hotel is full of smoking bad smell. Rooms are full of pest. Poor worst rooms.

Overall Experience was nice. The check-in procedure was quick and easy. Hotel staff behaviour was good, the breakfast menu was very limited only two options were there and the portion size served was less. Bathroom was not cleaned properly taps, mirror was dirty even the bedroom walls was dirty. Check was also quick and easy my overall experience was good.

Worst hotel ever, don't book this hotel, i want to share my experience so that you won't book this hotel when you go to Jaipur. The thing is, we pre booked this hotel and pay money in advance, when we reached the hotel they said they don't have a vacant room and i told them that we pre-booked it already and even show them the evidence, but still they deny it and they said that the room was over-booked. And i told them that if that is the case, you need to refund the payment which i made but they said refund is not possible, like i dont understand, it's not like we want to cancel the room but because they don't have vacant room to stay. We were looking for another hotel since there was no choice left. Such a waste of money, time and energy! They are basically scammers. I want the money back asap, the staffs have no manners at all as well, stop running hotel if you are going to treat your customers like that. Once again guys, don't.. Just don't book this hotel

Dont book this hotel. I was about to book this hotel for my trip and one of my friends stopped me because she had a horrible experience. Heres why: Staff was rude. Rooms were prebooked with advance amount paid yet the hotel denied giving the rooms. They were asking for double amount. Condition was to give early checkin included in the price but they denied that as well. They charged early checkin price for 2 rooms and gave just one room. Even though booking was showing in their register, they still denied it to get more money out of users. Other than this, electricity can go at anytime. Lift can stop working at anytime. In some room, TV doesnt work while in some geyser wont work. I was saved from getting a terrible experience because of my friend's experience. I hope my review will help other innocent users as well.

Don't book this hotel Pros:- 0 Cons:- 1. Dirty and small rooms 2. Zero amenities provided by hotel 3. Hotel staff is rude 4. It is not near tourist places. 5. They ask for extra money. 6. Not couple friendly too. My biggest mistake was booking this hotel. I was in jaipur for 4 days. I booked hotel heritage heights for first night which was way better than this hotel. Then we decided to shift to good hotel. Reviews for this hotel were good but we didn't notice at first that reviews were mostly given by hotel manager. When we reached at hotel after booking this hotel for 3 nights on oyo app, hotel staff denied check in. They said that room price is more than what you have paid. And this is the case with almost all customers who have done booking through the OYO app. We talked with OYO customer service. After that they let us check in. But the room that they gave us was very bad. It was small with no amenities. Bedsheets were dirty and there were hairs on bedsheet and pillow. It was very suffocating. But they weren't ready to give us another room. They said we will give you better room tomorrow. And they gave us different room but this room was dirty too. On second day there was a customer at the counter with same issue as mine. So clearly there is problem with the hotel staff. This hotel shouldn't be on OYO at all. Please dont book this hotel. This hotel is clearly for couples. They come and pay the price which is given by hotel staff. There were many couples checking in and checking out. Worst experience in jaipur.

About hotel chawla: Never book this hotel especially if you are traveling with your family. I had a really bad experience with this hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days with early check in condition. When i reached the hotel, the boy at the reception was not ready to allot the room. They denied vacancy of the room even when 2 rooms checked out in front of me. Even though it was early in the morning and i was with family, he was very rude and asked for double money. I had to put a lot of fight to get my rooms even when i had paid in advance to avoid such trouble. They gave me just one room to checkin early and charged me for 2 rooms. Several amenities like lift and geyser doesnt work. There was also power cut at night. Please take my advice and dont book this hotel. Advantages Rooms were good Disadvantages They will ask for double money than your booked amount when you reach the hotel. Lift doesnt properly and no one will assist you to carry the luggage even the rooms are on the 4th floor. They will deny your booking even when it showing in their own portal to get extra money from you. There can be power cut at any given point of time. Geyser doesnt work in certain rooms. Even though they provided one room for early checkin, they charged us for 2 rooms. The bedsheets were not clean and they also didnt provided basic things like fresh towels.
