Hotel Bagga vilas

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. First, we were severely overcharged (22 €, terrible, but we couldn't find anywhere else a room). 22 € for a room that had dirty sheets, a used towel with strange red stains on the floor of the bathroom. Also, no breakfast included. The owner also took a picture from us (besides a photocopy of our passports, we realized then that it wasn't obligatory). It made me feel uncomfortable. Also, we ordered food, we asked specifically no spicy, we waited for 45 minutes and they brought all spicy food. We had to ask them to change it please. Then we went to buy chocolate at 23.30hs, and the owner's son appeared in the street with his car to drive us to the hotel because he said we couldn't go out anymore that they where going to close the gate. I repeat, this is a hotel. I can't go out whenever I want??. The next morning the owner helped us to get a good exchange house and kept our luggage safe; despite this I would not come back again. I feel I was severely overcharged. The only star I give is because of an amazing employee there that did not speak English but was the only one that genuinely cared for us (he changed our sheets, changed our spicy food, etc). I feel it was a really bad experience, and I feel they don't care about people, they just want to make money. Don't book here.

I rented a small portion of the hotel for my work, I am not at all satisfied with the place, after moving here I see all the details in one of my room I had water drainage problem, the place is too dirty and having insects all around, taps are broken in washroom and there are no charging points to charge the phone. I requested the owner to refund my deposit as this place is horrible and owner is blackmailing me that he will forfeit the money if I left the place. At the time of shifting he promise me that he will fix all the issues. This is a harassment that he is is doing.

It's an average 2-star budget hotel with basic amenities but at a good location. It is just opposite to Chandrashekhar park in the heart of the city. The main market, Hawa Mahal, Birla Temple etc are quite near. The in- house facilities lack as the food is not good. Better to plan your food outside somewhere. Hot water is available but showers are not working. The hotel is clean and has good bedding facilities. The cable TV is available and free Wi-Fi is also good.

Room is not up to mark. Rooms are dirty. Behavior of manager is very rude. This hotel is the worst hotel, I have ever stayed. Owner behavies like customer is slave for him specially foreigners. They ask you to leave the keys to manager when you go out from hotel. There is security issue in this hotel. If you stay here, owner may fight with you if you object anything.

i booked this hotel for 3 days and booked almost full hotel but the owner is very rude doesn't care about the guest service issues, few rooms have electricity problem, few wash rooms have earthing problems, so many items we got shocked but he did not repaired it at all ,rooms phones are not working, no cleaning facility available every day. Though i paid him decent tariff ,more than the offered by online apps,owner did not mad available proper services.he drinks publicly every day.

The worst experience i ever had while staying in a hotel. Not at all worthy !! Go for other options in that area. Untidy rooms and even beds ! Every time to use washroom water, you have to call a boy who works there. And may be he switch the motor on, after that the water pressure appear. Wish i would have chance to rated in negative.

Very budget property and worth the price because of the main plus point which is the locality. You can get tons of good food, there is a childrens park just opp the hotel and also its easily accessible from anywhere.

An amazing place to stay in ...with the comfort of a second home . Spacious rooms , cordial owner & staff , centrally located with easy access to the market , hospitals , transportation , & tourist places . Food like home specially cooked by the chef . Perfect location facing the park for morning & evening walks . Pick & drop services also available on request . A warm hearted welcome place .
