FabHotel Pink Palace - Hotel in Raja Park

We did not book this hotel; instead we got rebooked here, but this hotel was a considerable downgrade when compared to our original booking at booking.com. The rooms were overall mediocre but at least came with a clean shower / toilet. Noise pollution is quite bad as the hotel is nearby some major roads and has paper thin windows. One of the rooms we were provided had dirty linen and the floors in all hotel rooms were dirty. After contacting the staff they replaced the dirty linen immediately which was nice. The main issue was that we originally booked a hotel with a good breakfast. This hotel can not provided that. An attempt was made, but the room designated for breakfast was very dirty with open toilets adjacent to where we ate. The coffee provided was terrible and the food was white bread with some unknown filling. This was quite insulting because our travel group has allergies which we were not asked about. This needs a redesign. The final nail in the coffin is the bad location. This area is not pedestrian friendly in the slightest and nothing is nearby. We eventually booked another hotel that was a much better experience.

Yesterday i had an experience to stay in a fab hotel branch in jaipur. The name of d hotel is fabhotel pink palace. Can't tell how much i was shocked to see the enterance...the rooms. First of all d front elevation shown in google is extremely different. Charged 350/- for early check in as agreed on phn call bt d man present at dat time asked for 500/- , it was embarassing, i shouted on him nd den he showed me three different rooms bt sorry to say, none of dem was clean. Super unhygienic super untidy, pile of dust, dirty washrooms, lack of water in tabs. According to d experience i had one shud not book a hotel room by just seeing d pics on google. Dont jst believe on reviews. Go watch it nd den book it. Such a rude behaviour, lift not working. Its an honest review for dear friends nd tourists. Also attaching three pics of d washroom. Thanks🙏

There was lack of space for car parking. Multiple dents captured on my car during the stay. My car was giving alarm sound when started to drive. Also there was limited food items and quality was not good.

Dear visitors, Don't book this hotel by just viewing pics, This is not actual pics of the property. The positive reviews are paid. I Booked on 10th dec 2024. Room no 202. Electricity cutoff in the morning and we don't have hot water. Dirty rooms with lots of maintainance, Bedsheets, linen are not washed, Odourous rooms, uncooperative staff. Dear Fab hotel management, Don't apologise in reply, It's my absolute waste of time, mood and money.

Worst experience ever....!! At such a beautiful place like jaipur.....we were very disappointed by this hotel.... Firstly they have used fake hotel photographs on the internet.... Secondly their staff is so busy in other work that they could not attend their customers call And the staff is too rude and disrespectful

My experience was so bad that I could not even stay for one night. I checked out within hours. You can check with your reception to verify that I did not stay there. The rooms were in poor condition and the service was terrible. I called two or three times for a bottle of water, but no one ever brought me one.

Fake hotel they are using someone's else hotel name and photos .... The real hotel pink place is on Sindhi camp bus stand of Jaipur which is 100 meters away .... And this fake hotel is 6 km away from the bus stand ... I booked it as the real hotel is very near by to main bus stop and railway station ... I told them to give my money back as they are Fooling the customer but this fake hotel denied and I have to suffer alot at the night ... For all this fake information ....
