The hotel and the staff were pathetic. When I reached the hotel, they asked me to wait for at least 2 hours because all the rooms were occupied. and which were not occupied were not cleaned. The owner gave my booked room to somebody else for the temporary business (ps- if you know you know). After complaining to the customer care, they gave me the room after getting me wait for 45 min. The room itself was in bad condition, the sheets were stained. toilet flush was leaking, and there was a smell of dampness in the room. Overall, my worst experience.

The owner and it's worker are all fraudsters. They like to give rooms to anyone who is coming for a day Or localities who will check out in few hours paying whole day rent(so you understand what I mean) And OYO you really need to upgrade as you are so dependable on these locals, you started the couple friendly policies now see how these locals are using it for filling their pockets. The owner is ill behaved and you will never be able to reach them on call as oyo doesn't even have their valid number.

It's 5 star in a billion, they deny that you have reservation then ask for money to give any room and against your reservation they give your room to people who are getting rooms directly from reception even when you book well in advance, you can try calling the owner to aid your situation but it will be to no avail, he would simply stop picking your call and ask staff to handle the situation on spot if you somehow manage to get a room don't expect anything and it will still be worse, the bedding in all rooms were either used or dirty or missing, when ask to give the missing things and change the dirty articles they deny saying there is nothing they can do and we have to manage as is, the washrooms also are non functional, geyser are not working or overflow from top creating electrocution risk, and when sink tap is turned the bath tap starts but bath tap works correctly, they don't have packaged drinking water but a water purifier and have reused disposable bottles for it. No TV no Wifi the staff in also unfamiliar with the city to have any recommendations. Edit :- (addition) Oyo has no jurisdiction over the matter, even when we complaint to Oyo regarding this, the staff simply ignores their call and lie straight to face stating that we already checked in or didn't arrive that day. They give the rooms you booked to desperate couples for way higher and probably put it all in pocket. Commenting below my review won't help now unless a full refund is done to my bank account.

Made a booking 3 days prior to my journey, was not able to contact the hotel by any means. Went to the hotel they kept me standing there for 3 hrs and during this time they accepted many bookings that were made for single day. Poor staff and owner is very rude

The hotel was good & the staff was also soo decent & helpful but one problem I faced the AC worked not properly & room was not cooling but else all things are tremendous.

I am not recommending due to wastage of money. it is not 3 star hotel. very different in photos post of room. it is not provided that room.

Excellent stay wonderful rooms and situated on prime location, staff was very supportive specially Mr. Ravi ji thanks for the wonderful hospitality will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Jaipur
