The quality of the room is absolutely third class and the staff behaviour here is not good and the rates are very high and there is no service, the room remains dirty for two or three days and there is not much staff cheater

Affordable Stay Amidst Bustling Raja Park, with Quirks Galore! Anand Hotel is on a busy street in Raja Park, behind Guru Dwara. You can stay there for a few days or a month. The rooms are okay, and you can pay extra for Wi-Fi and AC. But the Wi-Fi keeps going out, and the ACs are old and use a lot of electricity. And guess what? You have to pay for the electricity, and they charge way too much per unit. The elevator also gets stuck sometimes. So, it's just an average place to stay, but it's expensive because of the location. Oh, and there's no parking, so you have to park on the street. There is no refergetator facilities as well. Online bookings may not work here, needs to confirm by them. 🚗 💸 ⚠️ I appreciate your response. However, I will not be removing my review as I have proof of paying an electricity bill that exceeded ₹5,000 for a month. Additionally, I was charged ₹15 per unit, which should not have been more than ₹7.65 per unit. Regarding the elevator, there were indeed issues. It operated slowly and was out of service for a couple of hours during my stay. I understand that service issues can occur, but I believe in being honest and transparent about them.

The hotel room was so poorly maintained that i have no words to express my worst experience. The owner should have at least the courtesy of maintain it at the least for the price we pay them. Had never stayed in such a horrible hotel room ever. Was very disgusting.

Booked through Goibibo. Very bad experience. Booked an Executive room but got a Deluxe room. Never book this hotel through any app. Better to book physically. Food was extremely costly and not good. Cockroach and spider found in washroom. Not clean. Overall bad experience.

The location and price is good. It is on Fashion street - a very exciting area with lots of restaurant & shops. Quite convenient even it is not in the city center. The room facilities are old and rusty. There was a problem with door lock so I had ro change the room.

Except Good Location, Every thing was horrible. Rooms are smelly, Sofa was old, very dirty and smelly. Bathrooms are not up to that mark. Flash and camods were not functioning properly. I was stucked in toilet and after number of calls and after 30 min flash start working. Along with this bedsheet was torn and Water was not filtered. In sort, Not value of money. You can get much better hotel in this price at same location so don't book this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights recently and while staying I found cockroach, the paint was peeling off and so was the cement from walls, also room was dirty and not cleaned, Wi-Fi is not working neither my mobile internet inside the room. Although I booked 2 rooms and another one is fine.
