The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and as a result it has a very calm tranquil atmosphere. It is close to the airport so travelling is convenient. The staff and service is excellent. They are extremely friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist with anything and everything. The rooms are clean and spacious. Service is very efficient. I highly recommend this hotel. All staff members are extremely good, especially Ajay sir who was very accommodating and helpful.

The service was commendable. I had to call the staff for a medical emergency, and they were able to provide immediate assistance regarding the same. Shivani at the front desk was very helpful in making sure the checkout process was smooth and without any hassle. Rooms were big, spacious and being members we were even upgraded to a better room. Really thankful to the team at intercontinental.

#Intercontinental #tonkroad #jaipur...... ||Now because of this Delhi Mumbai Expressway, the drive from Delhi to jaipur is become so smooth, meticulously planned highway, mesmerizing view of the fields all along, resting areas with numerous options of outlets and the refueling stations....loved the drive. ||Reached Jaipur in the afternoon and headed to #Intercontinental #tonkroad #jaipur.......the elegent, luxurious property in jaipur has a marvelous, very spacious lobby, decor is mesmerizing. Two hundred plus keys hotel has all the amenities, gym, pool, spa,.....Has different categories of rooms. This time we stayed in a beautiful, spacious suite, with a big private balcony. The decor of the suite is quite elegant with the renovations after brand changed from #Crowneplaza to #Intercontinental ....the colours  of the upholstery is very nice and soothing, artistically done wall .....loved it. ||Reached hotel in the afternoon and relished Grilled Chicken in the room. Dinner was outstanding at #RoyalRoot....royal food at royal restaurant, classy decor....started with .....Satwar Piste Ka Shorba, Murgh chilgoze Ka Shorba.....chilgoze, a rare dry fruit seen these days, used to have them regularly until few years back, although quite tedious to have them ....loved both, creamy shorba. ||Veg starters.....Awadhi Paneer Tikka, Brocolli Dak Bangla and Non veg starters......|Galouti Kebab....too soft, just melted in mouth, Mahi Kagzi Tikka, Murgh Kali Mirch.... wow... very well marinated and perfectly done.|Main course was again very tempting.....Chule Ka Shikar, Murgh Shekhawati, Rajgharane Ka Saag, The Royal Root Ki Khass Dal Makhani with assorted Indian Breads..... Zafrani Taftan, Warqi Malai  Pratha, Garlic Naan, Lachha Pratha.....too delicious |Dessert.....Amritsari Kulfi and |Paan Ice cream.....rare to find such Paan icecream, wonderful balance of both paan and ice-cream. ||Next day, light breakfast, then    had Swedish Body Massage at their #Spa #Tatwa, quite relaxing, skipped the lunch also as to do full justice to the dinner at #HouseOfHan, the beautiful Pan Asian Restaurant. To make the Authentic Pan Asian cuisine, the ingredients are mostly imported from Abroad.|Spiced chicken dumping and|Crystal vegetable dumpling, |Chilli honey lotus steam,|Vegetable spring roll,|Crispy fried prawn, Steamed wonton soup,....light soup served on nice dish with warmer,|Double papper chicken, |Olive fried rice, Wok tossed Hakka noodles. ||Thanks GM Nalin Mehendiratta, Exec Chef Gaurav and their team for giving us such great experience.||

Great hotel and service. Big rooms and good food as well. We travelled in a group of 8 with a child and a senior citizen. The staff took good care of us. Cons- Location is not ideal for tourists given it is very far from all the forts and city center. The bathrooms were also dirty and not cleaned when we checked in. However, they apologised and had them cleaned promptly.

I had a good stay at the hotel with my family. The room was spacious and comfortable. We got special attention due to platinum membership. We had good experience with breakfast and dinner with lot of options of Italian, Indian delicacies. We had good stay and memorable experience

Had a really comfortable stay at the Intercontinental in Jaipur. Just 15 mins away from the airport with beautiful interiors really good sized rooms and one of the friendliest staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Ritu at the front desk checked us in in no time and coincidently helped us during checking out as well which was a breeze. The buffet had a decent spread with some local Rajasthani options too which were really delicious. Tried the IRD option as well and the food came in no time not to mention the quality, quantity and more importantly the taste was on point. Can’t wait to come back here again. Thank you for having me

Stayed here with my wife and son. Was given a room with a modly smell. First night we asked about the smell and they said they would take care of it in the morning. The smell was never gone and the AC was not working either. So I called again and was told they have no fans for us and the smell would be taken care of. I called again at 2am that same night saying the smell is way worse and my son is hot and can't sleep. I requested to be checked into another room so we can atleast rest properly before checking out. I was told our issue would be taken care of shortly and was completely ignored after that. The next morning upon checking out I had a manager come into the room who agreed would never let their family sleep in that room. The only thing to make up for it was they took care of a 200 rupee food bill which was pretty insulting. But I didn't want to argue anymore because I realized they really don't care about the guests they take in. Please don't stay at this hotel there are much better places to stay in jaipur I must add the massages were great and the Chinese restaurant was really good. Sadly the rooms did not match up at all

InterContinental Jaipur Tonk Road - Luxurious Staycation !!! Just back from a rejuvenating and pleasant staycation at one of the best luxurious property in Jaipur, Hotel InterContinental at Tonk road. We reviewed this hotel at their launch nearly a decade back when it started as Crowne Plaza and this is our third visit and we find it absolutely amazing with now as a refurbished n renewed look be it their luxury suite with large room and beautiful sitting room and equally beautiful balcony with greenery all around, spic n span comfortable and all the required amenities in place that you don't need to ask for anything else. Shinning lobby and all the three restaurant and Bar look amazing and serve best of Cuisine and they have been awarded with best Indian and best Pan Asian Cuisine restaurants in Jaipur and are very popular. On reaching we had light lunch of Grilled chicken with exotic Veges so that we could enjoy the dinner at The Royal Root their Indian cuisine restaurant with Royal decore and Royal Cuisine. Tasted Murg Chilgoze ka shorba and Piste ja shorba served hot both with distinct flavours and great in taste. Soft Galouti, Murg Kali mirch were delicious Non veg starters. Awadhi style paneer tikka and deliciously prepared Brocolli was a delight creamy n soft. Mains had Murg Shekhawati, Chulhe ka Shikar, Rajgharane ka Saag n Daal Makhani with Warqi Malai parantha and Garlic Naan were quite satisfying and they are actually retaining the flavours of Golden Era the cuisine which was prevalent in Raj Gharanas. Ended a sumptuous dinner with their Paan Ice cream with nice paan flavour which is digestive. Had light breakfast of Idli with chutneys only and Cut fruits, skipped lunch so we could enjoy their outstanding Pan Asian Cuisine at their award winning Restaurant "House of Han" we were actually the first guests at House of Han when it was launched decade back and still the restaurant is consistent in their cuisine and rich interiors are inviting. Steamed Wonton soup served hot in very cute bowls with additional bowl under it with a candle to keep it warm. Spiced chicken dumplings n Crystal Veg dumplings are not to be missed kinds with very thin covering, Yummy Chilli honey lotus stems are equally delightful n crisp. Mains like Papper Chicken with Hakka Noodles n Olive fried rice were ultimate. Fried Ice cream, date Pancakes Chocolate Cigars are desserts- irresistible n must have. Good food with great attentive service in beautiful ambience is what makes an experience unforgettable. Not to miss a relaxing Swedish massage at their Spa Tattwa done by the experienced staff. An efficient team under the leadership of highly experienced humble General Manager Nalin Mehendiratta and great Chef Gaurav Parasher is a perfect place for a family holiday or a business trip. It's always a great feeling meeting our fellow hoteliers.
