Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre

It was our first time traveling to Jaipur and we did not know what to expect at the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was smooth. We had an early flight and had requested for an early check-in which was provided to us. The breakfast spread was quite elaborate and the staff (Drun, Tonsha, Mercy and others - sorry for not noting down the names) took great care of us including our 2 year old toddler. Would look forward to visit here again.

We recently stayed at the Novotel Convention Centre in Jaipur for two days with family and had a fantastic experience. Although the property is located a bit far from the main city, the hospitality truly made up for it. Being a relatively new property, just about a year old, everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff across the entire hotel. Whether at the Food Exchange restaurant or the Gourmet Bar, the staff were wonderful—always attentive to our needs and adding personal touches that made us feel genuinely valued. Their warmth and commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making it feel like a top-tier luxury experience. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality of service, which met the standards of any high-end luxury hotel. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable stay in Jaipur!

Novotel Jaipur stands out for its prime location, highly regarded by many travelers for its convenience. The rooms receive compliments for their comfort and cleanliness, although a few guests note the need for updates.||While the value draws mixed reviews, the amenities—including the diverse dining . the hotel's vibrant atmosphere. Service at Novotel Jaipur is often described as exemplary, with staff specially Thanks Mr Dilwar Alam Duty Manager noted for their attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Very good stay. Easy check in and check out. Very good food and drinks. The entire staff is very courteous and warm. A special mention for Tamana at the porch. She was always smiling and ready to go out of her way to help. ☺️☺️☺️...............

The stay was comfortable. The room was very comfortable, all amenities as expected. The food was delicious— and the quantity was more than adequate— complements to the in-room dining department. The staff was extremely warm, especially Mr. Arjun from the catering/ in-room dining department. Overall an excellent experience.

It was an excellent experience in Novotel Jaipur, staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and they have plenty of options in food. Doorman Abhay was really very helpful and proactive. I really recommend this hotel. |Thanks……..😊 🤘

I visited first time in Jaipur novotel and found a great place to stay at all. The room was super cleaned. The staff coordination was at peak they fulfilled our all requirements especially wanted to mention MD Arman from housekeeping he cleaned my room and he was very good at service . I will make sure to visit the hotel again.
