They ask for extra money at check in time. If hotel want 800-900/per night for AC room. Then they should have already list at as per their requirement. Asking extra money at the time of check-in is Ill practice.

In Jaipur Flagship Hotel Grand Decor is cheap and best for staying, everything is okey but there is a little bit problem for fooding. Breakfast is not available as mentioned rest all is good One more thing due to industrial area shops are not nearby as per requirement

Please Don't Book this hotel from make my trip!! When you go to check in then the reception person argue you that there is no bookings are come here from make my trip they asked that they are second owner of this hotel and the first owner are go out from this property and say that our hotel Name is grang eagle and you booked grand decor that are already shifted Special Note:- if you want to book this hotel you not Book hotel from the MMP Thank you hope you will understand my point

Very rude behaviour of staff, asking for extra money and denying entry without extra payment, located in worst neighbour. Operating under 3 different fake names. Do not go !!!!!

Worst experience with hotel and oyo. Denied booking and asked us to pay 500 per person for checkin. Rooms were filthy, no space, no toiletries, AC not working, had to fight 1 hr for the issue. No room service ,smelly rooms. Oyo does not provide any resolution at the same time. Receptionist arrogant, manager is not worthy of being a manager, no knowledge of the business and how it operates. According to them, they have no agreement with oyo and that just a person came in and listed their hotel with them. Stupidity at its peak. Scam is going on with every other customer I had read reviews of. Oyo has no solution to this either. Had to pay huge amount for a room that is not even worth a 500 rupee.

Fraud they dont honor booking done by oyo. Don’t book from oyo they will charge extra for rooms. Rooms are in bad condition, bed door knobs, light sockets everything was broken. Not a family hotel.

Be aware guys Oyo is a big scam they dont book directly and i gave an advance money thorough oyo and the hotel they just book with oyo website but the hotel is not informed about that and when we go to the hotel they just ask for extra money and does not accept the booking. Even the owner and there staff try to fool you. The actual name of property is “ Hotel Grand Eagle” and in Oyo they registered as a “grand decor”. This hotel is not for a family it is located in a industrial area so be aware before book this hotel if you are coming with your family. Dont book with oyo.
