Nice The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was tasty, with authentic flavors that left us craving for more. Our room was perfect for relaxation. 5 stars aren't enough it's wonderful and luxurious experience in this hotel.

Good:- 1) The rooms are very cozy and clean. 2) The front desk people were courteous. 3) The food is good with ‘white shirt’ trainees are very good, but the seniors can be more courteous. Bad:- 1) Imagine parking outside the hotel in 4 star hotel. They dont have parking inside the hotel. 2) The washroom needs more toiletries.

Great experience, had an amazing time and really good service. The room was good and spacious. The only problem was with Jain food. When we ordered Jain food in breakfast, they had less options. But overall the stay was great and fun. Keep it up marigold.

*1/5 Stars - Appalling Service, Beautiful Hotel Wasted by Incompetent Staff* "AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! The stunning architecture and amenities are completely overshadowed by the abysmal service from the front desk staff. Inexcusably untrained, they consistently failed to handle even the simplest requests. Instead of helpful solutions, I received arrogant attitudes, dismissive shrugs, and condescending lectures. Management's clear lack of investment in staff training and customer service is appalling. *UNACCEPTABLE ISSUES:* 1. Front desk staff incapable of basic problem-solving. 2. Rudeness and defensiveness when confronted with issues. 3. Management's glaring absence in addressing these problems. 4. Food is overpriced and terrible in taste. *DEMAND FOR CHANGE:* 1. Immediate staff retraining on customer service basics. 2. Replacement of incompetent management. 3. Accountability for ensuring guests receive respect and assistance. Until then, this hotel's potential remains squandered by its own staff. Do not waste your time or money."

Best service they are giving us. They have excellent food service. I ate vegetarian and non vegetarian briyani that was so testy, I loved it. I enjoyed gymnastics and swimming pool at deck side. Terrace view was amazing all around the jaipur.

The location of this hotel is so so. Not so near with any other facility and sightseeing. We arrived at the hotel pretty late but it was well arranged for the smooth check in. Twin bed was given for us and they managed to put it together. I am sure they knew that earlier. The room was spacious and clean. One of the main issues was the pressure of the shower was way too slow. As a traveller what we wanted is always a good shower and a good sleep. The water was way too slow. No toothbrush amenities given in the room. The shower top was given but with that pressure of the water, I'm sure it will be a waste of time. We ordered a bucket of ice in the room and another shock was given to me as they charge INR 200 for ice cubes. Wow I wasn't aware that the ice can be a premium item in the hotel. Look at the ice bucket given to me, full of stain and it was horrible. The food and beverage department must be making tons of revenue with just ice cubes. But look at the way you are serving the inexpensive ice cubes. Shame on you! The service in the restaurant is just saved by the 2 trainee I guess which was there during breakfast. They were wearing white shirts. The seniors that were working are full of attitude and very snob. No positive body language at all. The hotel staff seriously need effective training.

Comfortable stay with great hospitality. Room was spacious and clean. Fast room service.|Ther server amazing food. Pasta, Spring rolls are must try when you visit.|I must recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jaipur with family, friends or on Business trip.

Nice stay at Marigold.||Comfortable and courteous stay.|Staff were professional and nice.||Availability of Hot water and regular services were nice. Food has been good and breakfast was also, however menu should be changed for different days.|Thank you
