Hotel Amit Palace

Third class quality hotel, i stayed in room no.104 and behaviour of staff is very rude.they are not provided basic accessories like towels, soaps. And check out time 9 AM not as per supreme court rule.and they don't verbally brief you about the service as you paid to them.they refusing the basic things need to be as per conditions mention by tourism department of India. Telephonic service are not working and food services are also not available and they don't tell us. Hot water services are also not available. My personal experiences they have worsted our tour.

Hotel staff was very courteous & helpful. Room was pretty cheap considering their service. 1500rs - we were 3 people staying in off season. They may suggest you to buy safari package from them for Sam dunes , i would say avoid buying from a 3rd party. One can directly goto the sam dunes & get the safari at much cheaper rate.

Though they have no food but their service is really good. The room is good n clean enough as well as bathrooms. We have to leave the room at 9 but as we have our train in the afternoon we request them to keep our luggage for sometime. And they happily accpeted. The staff is really good in behave. For night stay this can be a good option.😊

Last year I visit jaisalmer during our tour the best service provide by hotel staf and we spending the best memorable day with the prem singh and other staff of sam resort.

The hotel is nice and near the fort and rent is too low in comparison to other.
