OYO Hotel The Sun Shine

I recently stayed at this property 2 days ago and found it to have a magnificent ambiance. The staff was very polite, cooperative, and exceptionally helpful. The continental breakfast was delightful, and they graciously accommodated special dietary needs. A special thanks to the hotel staff, especially Mr.Ajay Bhai and all other team members for their excellent service. The rooms were fully air-conditioned and impeccably maintained, giving the impression of newly constructed accommodations. The property itself resembles a palace. Many thanks!

Hotel was overpriced Average property Washrooms were not properly maintained No any kitchen or food facility.. even they don't provide tea. Breakfast included mentioned om goibibo.. but no any breakafast was given..

It have very big space for parking comfort lobby there we can gather 200people easily and nice rooftop big rooms with extra space

Wonderful experience. Mr. Meghraj was quite welcoming. They made special dinner for us and the food was delicious. Rooftop restaurant has amazing views. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. They also offer safari packages that include private taxi, camel safari, jeep safari and some cultural program at sam sand dunes. The room was spacious, nice and clean and had all basic facilities.

Reasonably priced (at least in the off-season), this hotel seemed ok when we first took a look at the rooms, but we didn't sleep well on our first night because there was a lot of shouting at the tops of their voices from the Reception area... The bathrooms are badly planned and not very functional (bad showers, etc). The rooms are not cleaned during the day hen you're away. ||All in all, a poor show, which is a pity because it's quite new and is well located

OYO 9614 Hotel The Sun Shine - Jaisalmer We were there from 16th to 18th October, 2019. First thing you will find at the reception that we are not welcome. Then if they find out that you booked that hotel via OYO then they will ignore you and try to make you suffer. The receptionist is not at all eligible to work. He is cold and mean. At least three times, he told us that we booked at very low cost. They gave us a below average room though the entire hotel was empty. They switched off AC line after every two hours and gave as many excuses they had. They did not even gave toiletries at the first place. My humble request to all people to avoid this hotel if you can. At the same time my request to OYO to please organize your business and sort out these issues as at the end, we the end user are suffering.
