Budget type Hotel as compared to outer show on entrance... Very Bad Service given during buffet breakfast and dinner..... Cleaning was not proper in rooms and laundry items was also not properly cleaned...

The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options to choose from. Each dish was prepared with care, and the flavors were exceptional. I recommend this Hotel for comfortable stay The room was neat and clean. Service was also good. Food was very delicious... Definitely recommended specialty for food lovers....I will sure recommend this hotel to my friends and family to stay here and have relaxing and lovely time...

The property is good no doubt and goes with price but the staff needs to be trained a lot. Ladies at reception doesn’t know the meaning of behaviour or hospitality with guests, we found them giggling after each reply while conversation . Reception is the customer facing at any hotel and such kind of communication is not expected. The dining area seems more like a seminar or conference room. The food needs very very very much improvement. The manager at dining was well behaved and acknowledged our feedback. Same goes with other house keeping staff also they were fulfilling the requests. Recommended for a frnds trip but not if you are looking for comfort trip with good service.

Hotel is located near Hanuman circle. It's pretty good for 1 or 2 days. Rooms are big and spacious with all basic amenities. Washrooms are also clean and hygienic. Food in the restaurant on second floor was fresh & tasty and prices are reasonable.Ms Devi who was managing the hotel during our stay was simply awesome! Super helpful, polite & understanding. Kudos to her.

I checked in in at Priya Hotel 31st Dec 2022 with 10 guests and 2 kids. Hotel is good, rooms are also very good, reception lady and other reception staff were very cooperative. Food quality was also very good. Will love to visit this hotel again in future.
