Jaisal House - A Luxury Stay In Haveli

I don't know how other traveler rate this as superb! I had booked this hotel (Royal Luxury toom) for 2 nights. Hotel manager gave us deluxe room on name of Rotal Luxury room. We identified this cheating and asked them, then after repeated telling, they said yes, it was deluxe and we will upgrade you room tomorrow. Even in deluxe room, there was no toiletries, towels, dustbin, and bathroom mate. No manager on front desk continuously, so for each request we have to find. Next day when we gone for breakfast at 8.45, No Proper breakfast Management too, no dish, no tea coffee, no Puri, and Bhaji was too cold, the worst thing was no waiter there to ask this all. We have to go to kitchen to tell this and ask them for arrangements. When we told about unavaibility of all food, they said you are late (at 8.45 AM) At the cost of taking 5000 RS per toom per night, they have provided 1star hotel service, better could be of dharamshala of any temple. They don't have proper arrangements / Management and owner is not taking interest to make staff responsible. At last when I said to cut price for all inconvenience, they fought us like hell. Terrible stay here. I am doctor (Pediatrician) by profession, never wrote like this worst review till date, but leaving this review, so that other tourist can take informed decision. One sentence for them: Never will give recommendations to have stay there in future after experiencing all above inconvenience.

Main issue - they only provide breakfast and they just do not provide lunch or dinner, even if you ask for it. I mean which hotel does that. Looks like the hotel is being taken over and that shows in the behaviour of the staff. Positives - Almost nothing except location which is also scary considering the other parameters. Negatives - Almost everything. Off behaviour of the staff. Average rooms and ambience of the hotel. More like a cheap OYO. No lifts in the hotel. Hotel walls damaged. Scary is the word for this place

Jaisal House is a hotel , outside the city. The rooms are quite good. But cleaning of room is not proper . TV is not working, the TV cable charges were due that's why TV is not working. They are providing breakfast. Auto service is not available near this place. Room service is not up to the Mark. The hotel board is not available.

Very bad experience third class owner and staff . Didn't like the treatment we got from the owner and staff. The owner was rude and misbehaving. They sold out rooms to someone else. As we have pre-booked the rooms and told him if rooms are not given, we'll complain, he was ready to throw someone's luggage to accommodate us. We cancelled the booking and booked somewhere else. Horrible experience. Pls do not go this type of hotel in Jaisalmer

I booked a room from Goibibo, after that when I reached the hotel they already gave my room to someone else. And the reason they gave that Goibibo canceled your room and they haven’t cancelled. After asking for room they were literally torturing us that they will do this and they would do that if you don’t go from here. A huge 0 ratings to this hotel. Never ever book this hotel. They also used abusive language and spoke a lot of bad words.

Nice place and reasonable price. Rooms are pretty good.Suggested few things which can add on to the comforts of the tourist without much expense to the hotel.The staff were very very cooperative .

21/12/2023 1). The property Name Is Changed when we reach there Name like Jain something..... Rooms Are Good . 2). Dot Go for Dinner/Launch bcz They Don't Cook In Hotel .Our Dinner Came from other outside Restaurant Which Taste is Also Not Good . 3). Breakfast Is Good .Tea - Bread Butter jam-poha- Upma - AlluParatha 4). There Is Only 2-3 Staff Members in Hotel Hotel Atmosphere is Nice In This Price You Can Go For Other Hotels . Not Recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying one night at this haveli style hotel. The service and hospitality they provide is exceptional. The property is well spaced out, centrally located & really amazing. Rooms were neat n clean and loaded with every facility. The food is delicious, very nice and cordial staff. We had an excellent stay & would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting jaisalmer.
