The Jaigarh Palace Jaisalmer

Nice and pleasant hotel, built in the beautiful Indian style.very big rooms with possibility to make coffee and tea. A delicious kitchen a nice roof terrace and friendly and helpful staff. We slept there 2 nights, so that we could discover the beautiful golden city of jaisalmer. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you.Diny en Jankees

We arrived at 05:30 on the overnight train from Bikaner. The hotel was full the previous night so we couldn’t get a room at that time, but we were given somewhere comfy to rest and some water - and as soon as someone checked out the room was immediately made ready for us - by 09:00 :) A stunning room (107), comfy bed, great bathroom - brilliant value. The staff were great - giving us recommendations on must visit places, restaurants, tuk tuk and taxi fares. Location is good - 5-10 minutes walk to main attractions and fort. The hotel restaurant is very good and has amazing views of the fort. We arranged a night at a desert camp through the hotel - great organization, we were driven there by one of the hotel team and he checked throughout our stay that everything was ok. We left our main bags at the hotel while off in the desert, and they even gave us a room to rest when we got back while we waited to depart for our 15:30 train to Jodhpur. As I said at the start - a really excellent hotel, one of our favorites in India so far (and we’ve been here for 2 months)….

The jaigarh palace one of the best hotel in Rajasthan. My daughter found this hotel when we came from the ajmer. When we arrived in jaisalmer they picked us from the station. Suddenly i feel sick because in ajmer we not have good food there. Mr jay arranged a car for us through to the hospital. I.got hospitalized for 2 days. Our all the plan get cancelled. After two days Jay give us a wonderful plan for the city and Desert. In hotel we have wonderful experience and is located at very near from the fort and haveli. All the staff very helpfull and very courteous. Lovely rooms with airy and wide view with Window. We skip the bikaner and took the train for Ahemdabad. I m definitely come back again in Rajasthan.

The building and foyer is awesome, especially for someone first time in Jaisalmer, the interiors and the external look of Hotel is simply awesome. I haven’t seen such architecture. But the quality of service is pathetic. The maintenance of rooms is very poor. Last day of our stay they didn’t even bother to change towels. Have to ask everything several times. You order something it’s an hour. While maybe due to off season they cook all food fresh- in a way it’s good, but even Tea takes a long time. Bottle opener takes an hour !!! And finally it never arrives! The condition of bath room , shower, toilet flush is in ruins!! It’s a bit outside the town and silent.

The hotel jaigarh Palace jaisalmer is one best hotel in jaisalmer with budget friendly and specially how want piece and quiet it's not far from all jaisalmer city monuments it's all city monuments 3 to 4 kilometers . And we went with a car so they have car parking space. And fresh air with good air conditioner buz normally in budget hotel they don't have 11 kv transform connection .but hotel the jaigarh Palace jaisalmer they have so didn't got problem in 45 degrees .we went one night before the other hotel and we couldn't sleep at night because they didn't have on transform so air conditioner was not work.but hotel The Jaigarh Palace Jaisalmer is very good family hotel and we enjoyed there in summer. Thanks to staff to make our stay in this hot 🔥 very pleasant.

Very pleasant stay at hotel The Jaigarh Palace Jaisalmer. I was with my family in personal our car in April in jaisalmer specially in desert but they was so much hot and we finally make plan to stay in jaisalmer city hotel with air-conditioned and they we found online hotel The Jaigarh Palace Jaisalmer it's price higher than othe bag pakker hotel but we are happy to paid because in summer very important to sleep in air-conditioned than that's working properly and this hotel The jaigarh Palace jaisalmer grand boutique hotel is begut friendly good choice. We you want niet and clean hotel with good sleep than you need to pay per room 4000 rupees in summer time in this hotel and winter season price go more higher 6 thousand to 10,000 tan thousand rupees per room per night

Amazing property, staff is very good and polite. They serve the food in traditional manner. Property will give you a historic view, interior of rooms is totally based on palace and showing Rajasthan culture and tradition. Excellent property for stay with your family and loved ones. Overall experience is owesome
