Luxurious Stay at Hotel Jaigarh, Jaisalmer I had a pleasant and luxurious stay at Hotel Jaigarh, Jaisalmer, with my family on January 10th. The property is well-maintained, with clean rooms and superb bedding, ensuring a comfortable experience. The hotel team was courteous, and the food served was of good quality. One of the highlights of this property is its stunning interiors. From the royal lobby to the aesthetic corridors and beautifully designed rooms, the hotel offers plenty of photo-worthy spots to capture its grandeur. However, I found the food pricing a bit on the higher side. Considering there are no nearby restaurants, the hotel could lower prices or offer a flat discount on food. This would encourage more guests to dine at the hotel rather than seeking dining options in the city, ultimately enhancing the guest experience while helping the hotel generate additional revenue. Additionally, the location is slightly far from the city center and market area, which may not be ideal for guests looking to explore conveniently. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I highly recommend Hotel Jaigarh for its luxurious ambiance, cleanliness, and good service. I’m giving it a 4/5 rating, deducting one point for the location and food pricing. Rating: 4/5

Hotel Jaigarh Palace in Jaisalmer is a stunning blend of royal heritage and modern comfort! The palace-style architecture is truly magnificent, giving you a taste of Rajasthan’s grandeur. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly attentive and ensures a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views of the Jaisalmer Fort, especially at sunset. If you’re looking for a regal experience in the heart of the Golden City, Jaigarh Palace is a fantastic choice!

Stunning architecture in the Jaisalmer golden yellow sandstones. The lobby area is very nice. This hotel is popular and hence busy in December. The food was average and expensive. The dining area is small and can be very busy at breakfast time. This hotel does not accept credit cards. They accept UPI payment. The rooms feel cold in December due to use of yellow stones in the walls. The room and bathroom are clean. Some rooms are spacious while others can feel small due to the heavy wooden furniture. There is limited parking in-front of the building Hotel location is good.

*Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Money* I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Jaigarh Palace Hotel, and I must say that it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Firstly, the hotel is extremely noisy, with constant sounds of kitchen and construction on roof. Furthermore, the toilet facilities were in a state of disrepair, with the flush not working properly. This was not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. The breakfast spread was also a letdown, with a limited selection of low-quality options. The fruits was not fresh, and the presentation was unappetizing. Additionally, the rooms were poorly lit, with inadequate lighting that made it difficult to read or work. Considering the high price point of this hotel, I was expecting a much better experience. Unfortunately, the Jaigarh Palace Hotel failed to deliver on even the most basic aspects of hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would certainly not stay here again at this price point. There are far better options available in the area that offer better value for money. *3/5 stars*

We booked 1 room 207. Room 207 was booked on Zilmil Gosalia, Neeraj Gosalia and Riya Gosalia. We were there from 1st January 2025 to 4th January 2025. We really had a good time in hotel. Room was very nice and Food was also very nice. Mr Sudhir Manager helped us for booking. Staff in room service and restaurant were very cooperative.

We had a wonderful experience and stay at the hotel. Their hospitality has been such a warm and homely feeling. We had yummylicious food. Panner so soft with other delicious items. Staff have been so friendly and smiling. All in all a good and great stay must stay at this hotel if you visit Jaisalmer. I will for sure stay at this very hotel in my next visit.

The construction of this hotel is very unique it's just like the palaces of the kings in rajastan. Fell in love with its construction. Have some amazing shots of the place Do check it out 😀 All in all good rooms. Needs improvement in the quality of food served and staff need to be trained properly too.
