Considering the tariff, you'll expect a kettle&tea/coffee sachet, better toiletries than the cheap ones provided. A lift must be there. Since most of the rooms were lying vacant, better rooms should have been provided. Inspite of paying the full tariff, it still showed pending because of a lack of communication and the surcharge. Very disheartening to be greeted on arrival that payment is pending! We were a bit disappointed. Saving grace are the inadequate staff.

It was a very good experience. I genuinely appreciate the hospitality, the food and the ambience. Service staff are extremely friendly, polite, welcoming and wholesome. Love the overall experience, everything was so well maintained and will plan to visite again soon.

First thing first, this is not a hotel. This is an old building with very basic rooms without most amenities you expect in a hotel. There's no lift, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no water bottle, no in house restaurant, no room service and an ancient air conditioner. On the plus side, the cost of the room is really cheap and the people running this are excellent guys who were really polite and helpful. Also, this is located right in the middle of the city centre. In summary, if you are looking for a heritage building (not a heritage palace or a haweli) with almost zero amenities at a throw away price, this may suit you.

Overall it was a nice and comfort stay. Staff was polite and cooperative. Good place to stay.||It was CP plan so we had only beeakfast. It was good and sufficient. We were 8 senior citizens so worried about amenities and services but it was nice experience.

Their doors were making cracking noise but overall good experience. Breakfast was amazing and this resort is near to fort and mandir palace hence you can visit just by walking few metres.Visit in December or January because weather was perfect.

A not so big property in Jaisalmer. Rooms with just the basic amenities, but enough. Neat and clean bathrooms. TV wasn't working. Location wasn't great as it was in a busy area. Inspite of all this, it was a nice stay. Will recommend for a no frills stay in Jaisalmer.

The stay was nice. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Food was delicious with lots of variety. The rooms were clean and well designed. We will definitely revisit whenever we are in Jaisalmer………..

This property is situated at the heart of Jaisalmer city near Hanuman Chowk, you are just 5 mins walk away from Fort and Patwa Haveli. This property is used to accomodate kings guests and rest of the rooms are reserved for tourist. Rooms are adequately large, basic hygiene is good. Washroom fiting were recently renovated so it looked good as well.
