Renuka Hotel

I came to this hotel because it had been recommended to me by other people for the camel safari in the desert. Well I couldn't agree more, both the camel driver and the jeep driver were very friendly. The night in the desert was incredible. The camel driver treated his camels well and the food was very good. At the hotel too, the cook prepared an excellent breakfast. All the staff at the hotel and on the safari were very pleasant. I can only recommend

We booked a camel safarithe day before we wanted to start. The staff was really helpful and made everything possible on such short notice. We were picked up at the bus stop and provided with a room to relax before the safari started. After the safari we stayed one more night there. The hotel is clean and quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at Renuka Hotel. It is family owned and they are a friendly bunch. Went on their desert safari at a competitive price, run by a really nice group. There are a lot of people selling the safari package in Jaisalmer, but I was pleased to learn that this is one of the oldest ones and the hotel owners supported the safari guides through the covid pandemic when they had little work. Of course top notch food and good vibes, 100% recommend. Thank you guys!

The best thing about this place are the super kind owners. They are lovely and helping. They helped us booked a train, they offered an amazing trip in the desert (that was GREAT!!), the restaurant is very good and the cook is also adorable. Sunny and his suns are great. Apart from that, the hotel is clean, the location is perfect, there is AC…. Everything was good, and for the price, I could say that everything was more then perfect. My favourite hotel of my trip in India.

It was such a great stay in this Hotel. Sunny and his family are running this hotel since many years. ||Everything was great. They received us so well. They came to pick us up at the train station when we arrived. The food is good, the room was clean. They are really helpful if you need anything and their hotel are really well located, really close to the fort. ||They organise some camel safaris. At the beginning, we didnt want to do this kind of things, but we did after a talk with customers, and it was really great, camels are well treated, guides so so kind and generous.||Our stay was just lovely !||All the best to all of you !

It was very good experience of staying in renuka hotel. I was with my kids and owner (Subhash ji) allowed to check-in at 4 a.m, that was a great thing for me. Nature wise he is very good and supportive. I liked the attitude and behaviour of care taker as well (Mr. Raushan), he helped a lot. Will recommend this hotel as economical and safe place.

We booked the 3 days/2 nights camel safari. The organisation was just splendid. The owner Sunny was very friendly and happy to clarify all our questions beforehand. Our guide Ganesh is an incredible and loveable person. The night camps on the dunes were breathtaking. Ganesh prepared all deliscious meals over the open fire place. We had the chance to interact with the camels and get to know the life in the desert. A very unique adventure and 100% recommendable!
